In Nigeria, transcripts are not given directly- it's only sent to a professional body ,The one sent is an academic transcript without the signature of the registrar and an address.so, how do u get your transcript at hand for legalization or is the academic transcript ok? |

nghubs1: A Facebook post by Asimegbe Dominic has caught the attention of NAIJACARLOVERS after he posted a picture revealing the deteriorating nature of the Mile2 APAPA roads in Lagos state.
The Mile 2 APAPA roads connects the nation’s major seaport in Apapa and the ever-busy Murtala Muhammed International Airport, is crucial to the country’s economy.
Recall that the Minister for Power, Works and Housing Babatunde Fashola had in June 2017 said that the Federal Government and Dangote flour mill signed a N4.3 billion Memorandum of Understanding to reconstruct the alleged road.

Nairaland General › Chilling Interview Of Ibraheem El-zakzaky, Leader Of The Shiites In 1999 by bobbymishark(op): 3:52pm On Sep 11, 2016 |
Recently I stumbled upon a 1999 Tell Magazine where I found this chilling interview with Ibraheem El-Zakzaky leader of Islamic movement popularly called Shiites following the raging controvery triggered off by zamfara state at that time. and decided to share. Excerpts below: Q. In spite of your advice that there should be caution about the sharia being implemented in zamfara state, the government there went ahead to launch it. How do you feel about this (now)? I will say it is a welcome development. My caution has been that one should understand the sharia to be in the last series of forces in the establishment of Islam. sharia is a code of life which makes law on all aspects of human endeavor. It should not be narrowed to a sort of punishment. That sort of law envisages that an environment has already been created which is conducive for the application of the sharia. It means that the environment is already clean and the laws are there to protect the ills from coming back. Q. Do we have that kind of environment in Nigeria now? That is why we always say that it looks like what is supposed to come last is being brought to be the first step. However, I know, for sure, that when they go ahead they would come to terms with reality. read more: https://bobbymishark..com.ng/2016/09/chilling-interview-of-ibraheem-el.html

bobbymishark: Article sent in by AbsuLawclinic - a non-profit unit in the Faculty of Law Abia State University, Uturu, that render probono legal services to people whoc can't afford lawyers. Read the article below..
The story you are about to read discloses one of the pathetic yet interesting cases that ABSU Law Clinic, through its services to the community is handling. It is pitiable to see that in a world where it is loudly proclaimed that children are the leaders of tomorrow, a 14 years old boy, lavishes behind bars for roughly 2 years for a crime he has not been convicted of.
Even as an orphan, his potentials has made him a cynosure at Umuahia prisons, Afara, where he has been remanded all this while. His name is Chima Chimaroke and this is his story;
