Mine has not gotten as bad as yours but is nevertheless really uncomfortable and i am afraid of it bringing any complications. I was diagnosed about two years ago and have taken the standard drugs on and off with scanty improvement. Thanks for all these tips. I will definitely apply them and shall come back with my testimony.
