There are at least 200 countries in the world. Everyone must not think, act, and react like America.

Leveraging religion doesn't make you weak in other areas. Israel is known for religious tourism and military sophistication, but Israel also has one of the most developed diamond markets in the world. Israel has the 4th most successful economy in the world. Everybody must not think in "US" or "UK."
Your perceptions on issues have often enthused and interested me. This is one of them.

Who's threatening you? Is it news to you that words have repercussions? If you talk anyhow, you'll see anyhow. Talk only the things you can defend.
Smh.

Nairaland is the only internet platform you'll find strays thumping their chests and threatening others, as if they have the monopoly of violence..😂.

We'll see anyhow? Abeg, who are you? Who's your father? What is your family name? Outside nairaland, what is your family name in the scheme of things and how have you impacted in the lives of ordinary Nigerians? You can barely even express your ideas with impeccable write-ups, yet you somehow feel you have enough venom to dish out to Nigerians.

Oga, rest! Stop being a clown! If you're troubled in the head, go and sleep in your stuffy bedroom!

Igbos contibutes a lot in developing Lagos.
Can you people rest?

This nonsensical rhetoric is becoming irritating. Lagos like Abuja, is a melting point for all Nigerian tribes. Igbos are not the only ones living, working, doing businesses and paying taxes in Lagos. This persistent chant of Igbos developing Lagos is being blown to provocative proportions.

You people are in the habit of courting hatred towards yourselves, only to end up lamenting tomorrow when others come at you. Can't you folks just keep a low profile sometimes? Haba!

Our border security agencies need to up their game.

Nigeria's borders are all terribly porous. Both land and sea borders. Smuggling weapons and contraband into the country is one of the easiest things to do if you know the right palms to grease.

How come we haven't seen the disciplinary measures given to muslim dissidents on social media but we are seeing that of Christians? Is it an army that organisers Quranic recitation that will purnish muslim offenders? Even in Islam'ic countries, army don't organize religious programmes.
The answer to your question is in your thread. We cry foul over anything that concerns Christians, then abuse Ishaq Akintola when he does the same on behalf of muslims.

A soldier flouts the military rules and when he's served punishments, we make videos on social media, calling it religious profiling and victimisation. Then we turn around to insult muslims when they create the same awareness over their own issues, and we still lament when the same muslims decide to be quiet over issues.

I have always said it that Islam and Christianity are two very monumental problems of the Nigerian society. The emotional and mental inconveniences your battles create, are very discomforting.

Your benign threats count for nothing. Nigerians can call out anyone they see fit. Oyedepo is not god. Neither is Adeboye.

The air is good. It's not different from the air you breathe outside. The problem is the quantity the compressor supplies cannot be regulated as compared to using a SCABA bottles. That's where the danger is. The fact that they survive it doesn't make it safe.
Lol.
I understand your point. But who's going to explain this to those desperate young men? We both know health complications are the least of their worries at this particular point in time.

It's air compressor. It's even more dangerous consuming air directly from the compressor.
Well, they consume the air and survive it. I've witnessed it first-hand in Niger state.

People take plenty risks for survival on a daily.
The problem with these sort of folks is that they never use the proceeds from these efforts, to better their lives. Even when they find the gold, they waste the money on trifles.

That's the engine vulcanizers use to inflate tyres. He jumped in with the hose so he can breathe air from it while in the pit.
Career › Re: What Kind Of Job Is This? (Video) by BoldBrainz(m): 1:46pm On Sep 04, 2023
Something about this video feels off.

I understand the engine is meant to provide extra air for the guy in the water pit, reason he jumped in with the hose. But the entire video looks like an illegal activity in progress. I know I have seen this somewhere before but I can't remember what it was they said they were looking for, in the pit. I'll modify this comment when I do.

MOD: I do remember. This is an illegal gold mining site. The environment is water-logged, reason they have to improvise for air with that engine.

The military ethics aren't only applicable to Christians. But the fact you haven't seen the disciplinary measures given to dissidents of other faiths on social media, doesn't mean those excesses are covered or ignored.

There's no man of God in the Pentecostal arena today including this Pastor Eze who is not a follower of Oyedepo. Name them, Oyedepo was the one who taught many minsters of God in Nigeria how to walk in the power of God and the secrets of victorious lviing. No man of God in the Pentecostal arena can say he never partook of Oyedepo's anointing and Grace. Name them.

Adeboye and Oyedepo are the fathers of most Pentecostal Ministers in Nigeria. And whatever you see any of them do, Adeboye and Oyedepo do much more. They only don't make any noise.
Well noted.
You however failed to answer the question. Why are you trying to restrict people from expressing opinions about Oyedepo? When did he become immune to criticism?

Don't you ever say anything negative about Papa Oyedepo again please.

All that matters is that Jesus Christ is winning souls and the Kingdom is expanding as the word of light continues to spread all over the world.

The body of Christ is one even though we might approach it from different angle.

Jesus reigns, celebrate Jesus and leave any form of comparison, there is no room for tribalism in Christ.

Congrats to all Christians all over the world, light will forever triumph over darkness, Christ is light cool
Why?
When did Oyedepo become immune to criticism?

Can you please describe the infamous roles that you all know.

Why did Obasanjo not prosecute Atiku after 2003, if any of the infamous roles that you know is true?
Obasanjo was supposed to prosecute Atiku after 2003, as what? The chairman of the EFCC or ICPC? Or you're not aware Atiku has a heavy corruption dossier that's been collecting dust in the archives of the EFCC, since the days of Nuhu Ribadu?

Some of you come online to ask questions as if you were born yesterday.

Yours definitely.

You seem to be staying in the villa, or used to stay in the villa to know the atrocities Atiku committed first hand that you have to rope him in even in issue that has no direct relationship with him.

I find it difficult to understand how of all conlusions you can make, bringing in a third party from a above report stands to logic.

What Obj said is he never gave approval (even asked he person to stand down his proposal), the onus is now on the person to prove that he indeed got PRESIDENTIAL APPROVAL NEEDED for such project or he takes the fall, since it will be assumed that he acted unilaterally when he holds no such power.

2. Going by your logic, we can append any failure in policy and administration to that one supposed crooked fela even without any evidence linking him to it.
Brotherman, if Obasanjo as the then President saw the need to come out publicly to address the issue in a bid to clear the air, Atiku Abubakar as the then Vice President is equally expected to do same. There's absolutely nothing wrong in me postulating that he has questions to answer.

Everyone in Nigeria is innocent until otherwise proven. I haven't roped Atiku into anything. As the sitting Vice President of the country during the period this heinous fraud was perpetuated, Atiku should equally answer questions and no amount of sentiments should wash that away!
