I saw this comment on a belly fat website and decided to share. Your opinions are welcome too. "hi, I enjoyed your article. Very detailed and insightful. I am not fat, just fighting belly fat after my last baby which I had more than a year ago. But I discovered something which I will share hoping it will help somoone. My neighbour has 3 kids , yet blessed with a flat tommy so I ask how she did it. She said she stopped eating eba because it is heavy and does not digest easily, so she replaced eba with lafun ( while amala) . which turns to water a few hours after consumption. Ever since, I had a breakthrough with belly fat reduction. in addition to that, I eat lot of ugwu which helps to detoxify wastes in my body. Then I try to eat fruits at night as it helps clear my bowels in d morning. I stopped eating fried foods, replaced meat with fish, replaced butter and sugar with honey. And last of all, I do 10 to 15 mins of easy press up and 100, – 150 jogs like 3 times in a week. Now my tommy is flatter and I have tucked my girdle far away cos I no longer need it. Keep spreading d word. Cheers." - See more at: http://naijaweightloss.com/17-surprising-nigerian-foods-that-kills-belly-fat/#sthash.tDwuYyfj.dpuf |
