How embarrassing. We don't owe the U.S. or any country any explanation. This practice of going to Washington, D.C. to explain our internal issues to U.S. politicians is a disgrace that won't result in anything meaningful. Trump is only interested in a show, while the U.S. deep state created this problem. What is our government afraid of? The illegal threat of the U.S. or refuting false claims? You can't appease illegality. If it is the latter, we have done enough. You don't have to be on U.S. soil. Nigeria is a sovereign country. We need to get our priorities right. Do your job and stop embarrassing us. If the government is helpless, tell us.

A retired officer is allowed to use his security detail to secure his life and property. The FCT Minister was power drunk calling him a fool in full military gear. Even if the retired fellow who gave him that illegal order had title, what about building permit? He wouldn't have been permitted to put up that structure in contravention of the master plan of Abuja. You don't just erect structures anyhow in Abuja, there are green areas.
