Open your eyes, people.
Buhari is making solid plans for post-Nigeria independent Northern republic.
All the monies he borrowed are actually part of the strategic plans for the smooth take off of Republic the North.
Ask yourself what they have done with all the trillions.
The Core North wants to hold on to Nigeria untill it is no longer possible to do so, then they will launch their new country with all the trillions borrowed in the name of the Nigerian federation.
The huge joke is on the people of Western Nigeria who have reposed unflinching faith on the false federation of Nigeria and made themselves into willing tools of suppression of other indigenous peoples of the South.
I have held this belief that this is their plan. Because I don't see how they keep borrowing with nothing to show for it.
PoliticsRe: Debt Servicing Gulps ₦13.17 Trillion Under Buhari, Education Suffers by bonechamberlain(m):
Buhari and his thieves have destroyed this country. A man who comes from a region where having control and looting of govt finances is their only hope to improve their lives. The amount of money stolen, evil and crimes committed by this administration can only be done by demons.

For Nigeria to be on the right track, no Fulani man who is not highly educated and exposed should be allowed near the seat of power. The way the Fulani's see Nigeria cannot produce any meaningful development and contribution on their path towards a prosperous Nigeria.

In case you have forgotten they are not indigenous hence their rascal and lawless behaviour.

The South are a disgrace to the black race for allowing all these to continue. Blacks in Nigeria are a very different specie, very greedy and highly self-centred, if not which right thinking humans would allow Nigeria continue this way.

angry When there is a sign that Fulanis aren't involved in a successful terrorist and criminal act, the Nigerian security apparatus becomes very active and effective in arresting, exposing the names of the terrorists and even parading them on TV.

This same vigour and energy should be used to investigate uncountable number of killings carried out by Fulani militias all over Nigeria arrest them, print their names, parade them and sentenced them to jail or better still kill them immediately.

Its a good news these guys were arrested, I hope they get the death penalty instantly.

It would be a better news if their sponsors are also arrested and their motive for the killings stated, hopefully this would be unveiled as more investigations are carried out.

Why should they continue to send weapons to Ukraine when Russia keeps destroying them? undecided

All the weapons they have been sending to Ukraine are not effective against Russia as confessed by that pilot. But some kids here think Russian aviation is not up to quality with foreign ones let alone surpass them. This pilot just said they can't even track and find Russian planes on their radar, and we are not talking about the SU-57. cool

The pontiff has lamented military conflicts across the globe and said the Russia-Ukraine crisis may have been “provoked”

Pope Francis has suggested that World War III is already in progress, as evidenced by “intertwined elements” at work in the Russia-Ukraine crisis and other conflicts across the globe.

“A few years ago, it occurred to me to say that we are experiencing a third world war fought piecemeal,” the head of the Catholic Church said in a May 19 interview with Jesuit media outlets that was published on Tuesday. “Today, for me, World War III has been declared.”

Francis noted that while the fighting in Ukraine “pricks our sensibilities more,” wars also are ongoing in such places as northern Nigeria and Myanmar, “and nobody cares.” He added, “The world is at war. This is something that should give us pause for thought.”

Acknowledging criticism for his failure to condemn Russian President Vladimir Putin and his past comments suggesting that NATO expansion onto Russia’s doorstep might have provoked the crisis, the pontiff denied being “pro-Putin.” He said such a claim would be “simplistic and erroneous.

I am simply against turning a complex situation into a distinction between good guys and bad guys, without considering the roots and self-interests, which are very complex,” he said. “While we witness the ferocity and cruelty of Russian troops, we should not forget the problems and seek to solve them.”

Asked how the Jesuit editors should report on the Eastern European conflict in a way that contributes to a peaceful future, Francis replied, “We have to get away from the common mindset of Little Red Riding Hood. Little Red Riding Hood was good, and the wolf was the bad guy. Here, there are no metaphysical good guys and bad guys, in the abstract. Something global is emerging, with elements that are closely intertwined with each other.

He also cautioned against focusing only on the “brutality and ferocity” of the conflict. “The danger is that we only see this, which is monstrous, and miss the whole drama that is unfolding behind this war, which was perhaps somehow either provoked or not prevented. I also note the interest in testing and selling weapons. It is very sad, but at the end of the day, that is what is at stake.”

Francis praised the heroism of the Ukrainian people in defending their country, but he pointed to outside interests putting them in peril. “What is before our eyes is a situation of world war, global interests, arms sales, and geopolitical appropriation, which is martyring a heroic people,” he said.

The pontiff reiterated his concern, first made public in an interview last month, that NATO may have instigated Moscow’s military offensive against Kiev. He recalled a conversation with a head of state, whom he identified only as “a wise man,” a couple of months before the fighting began. “He told me that he was very concerned about the way NATO was acting. I asked him why, and he said, ‘They are barking at the gates of Russia, and they don't understand that the Russians are imperial and they will not allow any foreign power to approach them.’”

Francis also warned that after many of Ukraine's Western backers “opened their hearts” to the women and children fleeing the country in the early days of the conflict, support for its refugees is already “cooling down.” He added, “Who will take care of these women? We need to look beyond the concrete action of the moment and see how we will support them so that they don’t fall into human trafficking or end up being used, because the vultures are already circling.

Foreign AffairsUkrainian Military At Odds With Zelensky – Belarus by bonechamberlain(op): 10:03pm On Jun 03, 2022
Belarus warns of a “serious confrontation” between the army and Kiev leadership

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has reasons to fear his own military, his counterpart in Belarus said on Friday. Alexander Lukashenko also repeated his earlier assertion that Poland was looking to seize parts of Ukraine, saying the Ukrainian military would “decapitate” anyone to prevent this.

“Already in Ukraine, according to my information, a serious confrontation and conflict is starting between Zelensky and the Ukrainian military,” Lukashenko told reporters in Minsk on Friday. He added that the Ukrainian military understands what’s involved in fighting Russia and knows they won’t be able to continue doing so much longer.

Noting that Russia has “changed tactics,” Lukashenko pointed out that Ukraine is running out of troops, having to rely on territorial defense militias to plug gaps in the line. Meanwhile, he added, Zelensky was making deals with Poland – which in his opinion seeks to “chop off” parts of western Ukraine that were once under its rule. Ukrainian nationalists, as well as the military, are displeased by this, according to the Belarusian president.
“They saw that he granted [special] status to the Poles,” which is a step toward losing the western regions, said Lukashenko, adding he was convinced the Ukrainian military and the nationalists are willing to “take the head off anyone” who would dismember the country, including Zelensky.

“We don’t need that. I warned about this long ago. Look, it’s happening. Just as I said, in time they will be asking us and the Russians to preserve Ukraine,” Lukashenko told reporters.

The Belarusian leader warned last month about alleged Polish aspirations to Ukrainian territories, echoing claims made in April by Director of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) Sergey Naryshkin, citing declassified intelligence. Warsaw has vehemently denied such plans.

Between 1919 and 1939, Poland included parts of present-day Belarus and Ukraine. Cities such as Lwow and Stanislawow – known as Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk in present-day Ukraine – ended up in the USSR after WWII, as Poland’s borders were shifted westward to the Oder-Neisse line.

Foreign AffairsUS Should Pay France For Loss Of Russian Gas – Le Pen by bonechamberlain(op): 8:22pm On Apr 16, 2022
The presidential candidate says costs will soar if the EU bans Russian energy

The US should compensate France for losses if the EU bans Russian energy carriers, French presidential candidate Marine Le Pen said in an interview with BFM TV.

“The Americans, who will sell us liquefied gas and get a solid profit from it, could transfer money to France as compensation for anti-Russia sanctions,” Le Pen said, noting that Washington is pressuring the EU to sanction Russian energy carriers. The bloc placed multiple sanctions on Russia after Moscow launched a military operation in neighboring Ukraine. The operation has been widely criticized by many Western nations, but perhaps none have been more outspoken than the US.

According to Le Pen, if Washington succeeds in stopping Russian gas imports to the EU, it will result in unbearably high fuel bills for the French. However, she believes that American fuel magnates care little about ordinary French people and their plight, and are only interested in business, eager to profit from the increase in LNG exports to the bloc.

While the European Union has placed numerous sanctions on Moscow over the past few weeks, member states have so far been unable to reach an agreement on banning Russian energy imports. Many EU countries are heavily dependent on Russian energy, while some have no alternative, being landlocked and therefore unable to receive liquefied gas from the US, for instance.

However, discussions on the issue will continue, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell said on Monday.

Moscow currently supplies around 40% of the gas used by EU nations and around a third of their oil. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak recently estimated that it would take the EU 5-10 years to completely replace Russian oil and gas, noting that an embargo would inevitably result in record prices.
