N22k would've been better, so let's say c8 na N27 or N30k... |
BuddhaPalm:Read and comprehend what I wrote. I stalked her cos its foolish to trust that you're the only one interested in her, not that I had business with her guy. |
Techlector, dah c8 go pass N35k? |
This thread is for confident guys who don't believe in dangling currency to get a beautiful endowed lady, and please don't remind me that only money would get her attention. ...I can't remember the cause but I was just happy after the evening seminar in CBN hall, Uniuyo. It was outside I noticed my friend gawking at the figure 8 silhouette of some chick standing alone waiting for someone, I think. With confidence and my happy mood, I approached her and we got talking. A happy confident guy is a funny attractive guy anytime, and this was what got me her contact and attention. I called, we texted and flirted till I stalked her on Facebook and found out she was serious with some already established man who was crazy bout her and vice versa. Ladies know your social status the moment you both have a conversation, so no need forming rich guy as it was obvious my middle class couldn't compete with her man's high upper class. The fact that I knew the truth and confronted her bout it kinda spoilt the attraction but we've been friends ever since as she yearns to get married before the year is out( she's just 21). My point is, working on your self confidence and appearance gets the female's attention, and not always money that could've been used saved, buying property or some kind of investment. P.S: Currently chasing a another worthy hot chick, so guys, share your experiences with beautiful curvy babes. |
I'm impressed, but where the soft keys at? |
GoldenDr:Where to do it is d problem, no too much money to pay t-fare to ph, Lagos or Abuja. Do U know any offices in Uyo, Calabar or Abia? |
...Realistically speaking, I still can't figure out where young people with innovative job creation ideas that are economically reforming and intellectual properties can present these ideas and they'd be protected and acted on. I have a friend who's oozing with so many ideas but no idea of a firm that deals in intellectual property patents, trade secrets or industrial designs. Pls drop helpful comments, he's in Uyo and Calabar monthly. |
There are nearly three billion {3,000,000,000} tonnes of indicated reserves in 17 identified coalfields and over 600 million tonnes of proven reserves in Nigeria. Some of the states where coal has been discovered in commercial quantity include Enugu, Benue, Kogi and Plateau States, respectively. Coal could solve the employment and electricity problems we currently facing though lack of funds for maintenance and investment are the major constraints. isn't there a way shares could be sold/bought by the public in other to gather capital or something to help this industry? |
Those in secondary and tertiary institutions will accept this fact. Blame it on Your non-committed Christian lifestyle, the unreligious social functions that makes school interesting, fellow colleagues who are nice "sinners" and the hope of seeing your kids and their kids, etc. Be honest, You don't wanna see Christ return soon |

I'm not a Buhari supporter, this thread is aimed at changing the "what can Nigeria do for me" to "what You can do for this country" mentality. The phrase "wetin concern me?" has corrupted our generally hospital nature. It is said by politicians, teachers, students, civil and public servants and even street urchins, hence, the poor management of govt and public resources by both govt officials and the public, the poor and lackadaisical attitude to work, education and human resources, tribalistic and ethnocentric bigotry among others most especially Yorubas and Igbos even on this forum. If we had love and dreamt of achieving a better Nigeria, we'll stop blaming those at the top and start from within. We are our brothers and sisters keepers and hence should support one another. Let our Children come and see us more patriotic and unselfish or tribalistic, let them not not hear "wetin concern me" but instead let's ask ourselves and themselves, "what can you do for Nigeria?". |

For the guy who's smarter than the average guy and sees things differently may have some of these problems when relating with women romantically. They are wrong but can't see nor admit They're used to being right. A genius just assumes that his logic must be good, so he just keeps thinking harder. But when no success comes, it really starts to become mentally difficult. Accepting that you're wrong is a VERY hard thing for a "genius". They're arrogant In short, many smart guys/geniuses refuse to accept that a good, solid, workable answer could come from someone "dumber" than them, so they discount any idea that comes from an "obviously less intelligent person" before trying it. They overthink Because geniuses don't UNDERSTAND women, and they have the "if you've thought something through and come up with a good reason why it would fail, it makes sense to not do it, right?" mentality towards relationships. They're over informed MORE INFORMATION is always the answer. Information is the friend of a smart guy. But if you have a problem that is EMOTIONAL or PHYSICAL in nature, then reading five million theories on it probably isn't going to help you very much. Geniuses often use "more information" to distract them from TAKING ACTION. They focus on Logic instead of emotion Most women don't feel ATTRACTION for men who make them THINK. Women feel ATTRACTION for men who make them FEEL. Their "logical" conversations include talking about work, family, school, and jobs... discussing politics, religion, weather... and anything that has to do with math, science, or INTELLIGENCE. On the other hand, if you start talking to a woman and you say "OK, so tell me something... Why is it that all women say that they want sweet, nice guys... but they all date sexy, selfish bad boys?" (and then make fun of any answer she gives) you're having an EMOTIONAL conversation. Being nice in a smart way A highly intelligent guy, in his proud arrogance, will think he's being such the charmer by using an "over thoughtful" approach and the woman he is chasing will interpret it as just another Wussy who's trying to MANIPULATE her. www.sosuave.com/romance/david/art61.htm |

Imagine you're chasing a 20yr old girl, and in the course of wooing and stalking her, you see her Facebook tag "feeling loved" with some guy who's 9yrs older than her. You confront her, she admits it and starts comparing you with the dude and how much he's sweet to her, gives her unlimited access to his stuff, pays her tuition, treats her like a baby that she is, sleeps after making sure she had slept, plans to marry her later in the year and all that. She obviously still likes you but is more interested in the guy who's invested so much in her. My question is, after having long term plans for this chick, would you continue chasing her and plan to steal her from the dude, considering the fact that she has this almost perfect character that attracted you in the first place? |
cococandy:Dude was obviously emasculated, and attracted pity for his condition, and who cares what people think. Treat a bit.ch like a bit.ch, and a lady like a lady. Also, You're indirectly saying girls can beat up themselves when one of them is being stupid, but shouldn't be the case if its a guy because of physical strength. So, why didn't she consider this? I'll answer, its cause she knows the dude will act like a stupid sissy so she physically abuses him. |
Firstly, Emasculate means to deprive of masculine vigor or spirit; to weaken; to render effeminate; to vitiate by unmanly softness. Nairaland has a way of emasculating, from the feminist threads, to the scared cowards asking for help on relationship issues. I was disgusted with the nonsense missclassy and others typed on the Freeze guy husband battery thread. I saw it as Nairaland guys accepting to tolerating nonsense from abusive females and run out of the relationship. Compare the comments influenced by feminist on wife battery threads. My point: Get tough and loving at the same time, and a woman won't dare slap or abuse You. ...was on tumblr, and I was in a female's blog, and she was all about how men are scared as shit. Scared of responsibility, scared of females, scared of challenges etc and I realised taking most advice here on Nairaland unconsciously emasculates. Also, Po.rn and Homosexuality is to blame, including woman wrapper mentality most guys exhibit. WOMEN SHOULDN'T ALWAYS BE PLEASED, THEY NEED FIRMNESS AND PHYSICAL AND MENTAL TOUGHNESS TOO. I haven't written the perfect post, but I'll encourage guys to google "how to act like an alpha male", "modern man emasculation" and books on how to build yourself in this confused society. The Vikings had the perfect picture of what a real man was supposed to be like, so damn the feminist and weak man version of what society wants men to act like. |
...which do u have a thrill for? Watching a lady jog past or jogging towards you? |
"I don't understand our relationship. Sometimes, we're friends. Sometimes, we're more then friends. Other times, I'm just a stranger to you". ...is this supposed to happen? |
...be like na only me see sense in what O.P is saying. BTW, Africans r lazy, dem no like sacrifice. |
A Guy who was jobless got married 2 a banker, despite his fears and several advices that it's not good to marry without a job. Every month the girl would give the guy her full salary of N135k afta removin her tithe. The guy would give the wife N20k 4 personal upkeep and the guy determined what happened to the remaining money. This happened for 3Good yrs. There was happiness in d family and d wife never refused to do her primary home duties for that 3 years, despite wrong advice from friends that 'you can't be paying the bills and still be doing all the wok'.There was a particular month d guy used about N70,000 2travel frm state to state for different interviews. He finally got a job with a gud firm in Port-Harcourt. His salary was N800,000 monthly 4 a start. He bought his first car (a brand new) for N4.5m, he gave d wife the car key,& continued to take public transport to work for about 2yrs. Then he bought the 2nd car for N6 million, took d key of d first car & gave his wife the keys of the 2nd car. They eventually moved into their own house after few yrs. One day, d wife was looking 4some documents. . She stumbled on a file neatly hidden, when she opened it, she saw her wedding picture when she was very slim in d first page of the file. She then saw dat d document 2the purchase of the land and every other thing in the house were all written in her name! At d last page was the husband's wedding picture and a note written by him: ''MY WIFE IS ALL I HAVE GOT. NOT EVEN THIS HOUSE WORTH N24M AT THE TIME I BUILT IS MINE''. Tears started to roll down her eyes. This couple got married in 2008. True LOVE still exists till this day. Are you sure the love you have for ur partner can be compared to this one you just read? No matter wat, remember u chose each other. It doesn't matter who puts food on d table or who pays d bills. Always know that, friends and family don't have an opinion in your relationship. |
