three months ago, i returned to Ilorin from Lagos, one of my friends told me that he is going to work in Dubai, he left Nigeria in early October. we chat last week, he told me Dubai is not easy at the moment..... he said that cost of living in Dubai is too expensive, to get work self nah wahala.

he paid certain amount to get the work he is managing now..

my guy spend more than 500k for passport, fly ticket and visa, he never make a phone call to Nigeria, he always chat using Facebook, call tariff there is high die.

Yes call tariff in Dubai na die. Tell him to download SMILE app and he will be assigned a Nigeria number to make and receive calls. I was the one that helped my friend in Dubai registered the SMILE and i’m the one helping him to recharge like 1k or 2k monthly. But he must be connected to internet in other to make calls and receive calls. If not for my friend in Dubai, i would be preparing by now to get a visa. But what he has faced and still facing there alone is not giving me any impression of going there. Yes my friend is just a secondary school cert holder maybe that’s why he found it difficult there.

It’s not easy there in Dubai if you are not a hustler who can do dirty jobs like Construction, Road sweepers etc don’t go there. White collar job is not that easy there except for those who has Ph.D, Masters and in related to jobs they have there. I have a friend, he’s no longer a friend but a blood because we’ve been friends for more than 23yrs without a break. He went to Dubai this year January and with most of our chats, voice notes and talks sometimes on phone it’s not been easy. He was first working in a construction company as a labour when he first got there those ones used to owe them and the work is crazy hard. Now he works for their government LAWMA i.e road sweeper and earn just 75k monthly though they gave them an accommodation like the guy said(hostel type). The different now is they’ve done his 2yrs resident permit and his passport is with his employer. The type of information he can share with me he can’t share it with other people he would just tell you that he’s not discouraging you from coming but pray and you have to be strong. He just got his permit like 2 months ago which means he won’t be home anytime soon until next year August or September once the permit is 1 year.

Please i unlocked my Spectranet MIFI, the white modem and i can use any other network range from Airtel, MTN, GLO on it. But i observed that when trying to use Spectranet SIM it won`t show service, the red light will standstill and i won`t be able to connect. Is there anything i can do to use the Spectrant SIM again? Or That`s just the end of Spectranet i.e i can`t use the SIM again except those networks i mentioned? The saddest part of it, i have subscribed to the Spectranet and as i`m typing this, the service is reading until next month. What will i do? Thanks

I think it depends on the particular lady coz size does not matter to some ladies rather the way the dick is used. I`m not talking about dick which is smaller than 4 inches long, i have met 2 ladies in my life who never like sex and not that they are pretending. I have my e-passport issued in 2010 and it was lost to fire accident last year. I learnt that to get a new e-passport for lost or stolen i will have to be in Abuja. Now someone confused me today that i can have it done here in Lagos at 35k and the issuing date and passport number will different from the lost one. i dont know if anyone hav an idea about dis. And if its true that i will b going to Abuja, how much is it going to cost? how long is it going to take? coz i can only have 2 days off from my work anything beyond that 2days is sack.
