For those normal street roads? Just considering the road leading to the house. Those normal less than one Lane Road with less traffic since it's kinda a close Road.

The road we're currently working on is a 16.74km road and the award price is 4.72B and it was awarded in 2021. It comprises 12 ring and box culverts, 4km toe beam and drain. My projected construction cost is about 5B.

By the way, what kind of road do you plan to construct?

We've settled/stayed too long in the 16k region, psychologically, I believe we might be going lower.

If you're broke, you have no business investing then. If you're after the green only, you have no business investing.

I didn't enforce my advice on him, I merely suggested what I thought is right which is DCA if he has more money or sell when it enters $1200 if he's no longer interested in the coin.

And based on experience, I will also advise you to stop telling people what to do authoritatively with their money because if ETH ends up hitting $2k tomorrow, the person you told to pull out at $1100 will hate you forever. Suggest options and let the person choose what is okay for him to avoid "I WANTED TO HOLD, YOU TOLD ME TO SELL".


Lastly, investment shouldn't be seen as a passive income where you can get your daily food money and upkeep. Before you invest, you should at least have a saving that can take you through the WINTER of DOWNTIME.

You are right on the staking, I bought over $10k dollars worth of a particular coin at the price of 0.51$ and I staked them all for %140 APR.

During the process of staking, the coin touched $1.96 hahaha. Presently, the value of all the coin after unstaking no reach $150
