For a V6 it might just fit with very very little room for engine accessories (for the M112 engine)Note that there may be a little structural modification involved to the chassis rail).

For a v8 it will definitely involve significant structural modification on the chassis rail and strut tower.

the w201 chassis was never designed for a v-configured engine

People of Nairaland please help me. The AC for my Toyota Camry has packed up 4 times between November last year and Now. In fact I’m already fed up.
The first time it happened I changed
The condenser and compressor , then after two week I changed the compressor again. After two months it packed up used the car for like four months went to someone else he flushed the system plus condenser and we bought another compressor, Lo and behold it didn’t last 3 months now it’s packed up. Sincerely I’m really confused and I don’t know what to do. If you have experienced this before please share your solution.

This is why I still believe nothing is as good we the old school instert key before starting the car. I know push to start is convinient and all that but also makes it easy for criminals to steal ur car once the fob signal has been cloned. At least if the car had a key the thieves would need to start fukbling with different keys before they could start the car even after gaining access. And even with the the right key it still needs to be programmed before it can start. But with push to start just push the damn button the the car will start. High tech cars are good, but they are also making the job easier for high tech thieves.

Stiffer shorter chassi. Meaning more rigid body which translates to better handling n sporty drive while consuming a tad less. The car still looks more handsome than W210.
Less prone to rust issues compared to W210
