I'll take a look at Quidco. I mostly use vodafone's My Reward for cash back. Any which way na way o jedisco: Was wondering why his quotes are so high. Perhaps he's using official Heathrow longstay parking which is more of a hassle than the meet and greet options where you drop off and pick up your car off at the airport short-stay park which is next to the terminal
All the times I've parked in Heathrow which is usually for 2-3 weeks, my fees are usually abt £150 or less.
I tend to put searches thru cash back sites like Quidco as the rebates manytimes do add up. |

Mortgage advisors are always high for some weird reason. I remember the guy sent me a threatening email to take theirs and I was like WTF .. Guess target never reach . Ignore them, comparethemarket and choose which best suites you. EJIOGBENIMI: Got our keys yesterday!!! Reading through this thread really helped me navigate through the process. Mortgage with Barclays -4.3% at 75% LTV.
Please what do you suggest on building insurance? Any particular thing to look out for? I’m seeing fair prices on compare.com, mortgage advisor is showing me a relatively higher figure for a pretty similar thing. |

I use either these sites. Not sure which terminal you flying from but best price I saw for 2 weeks is ~£150. https://www.aph.com/ or https://www.purpleparking.com/?agent=BH430&awc=12028_1750793228_e0352c89c3beb6a10e5732eb9d50871f&sn=1 Jamesclooney: Hi Elders,
I feel like I’m missing a trick here and would appreciate if someone could confirm whether or not there’s a better way.
I’m flying out from Heathrow with the family (2 adults, 1 infant). I live approx 2-hour drive from Heathrow airport. Why are all the airport transfer options costing me £300+ (return journey)?
A) Pre-booked private taxi hire – £330 B) Enterprise self-drive car hire – £320 C) Drive my own car and park at Heathrow Airport for 2 weeks – £500 to £600
I don’t know anyone who lives in or around Heathrow/London axis where I could park my car on their drive or in a bay.
Train + taxi is roughly the same cost and travel time, plus the added inconvenience of changing over in central London to reach Heathrow Airport.
Any suggestions or make I close eye park the 300 quid? (E go pain me sha 🥲)
Thank you |

I never said she wouldn't meet up with the threshold. Her last 6 months payslips before mat leave can be used and will be used to assess her application. Another alternative is to use yours or in combination with your spouse. Proof of legal occupancy from previous home? I will use bills instead. Proof for current home.. Contract or mortgage statement. Any doc you submit with a different name needs proof lawrenzoh: I appreciate your timely response. Many thanks.
As a follow up to this, does it now mean that her current salary of 2k+/month doesn't meet the 18,600 threshold. I want clarity as to how these calculations are made.
I asked because I've read where it is said that a letter from landlord or estate agent is required to prove legal occupancy.
Her name on international passport is the same. That being the case on the application form, do I make reference to her new surname, or not? |
Travel › Re: Applying For FLR After Your Initial UK Spouse Visa (extension) by Bourne007(m): 11:33am On Dec 14, 2024 |
1. 6 months payslips before she began her maternity leave will be assessed with letter from employer stating start date, salary etc. You can use yours or combine your income with your partner's to meet the financial requirement. 2. You don't need to prove house ownership of previous house. They will ask proof of living together for 2 years which can be bills. 3. Ideally proof of marriage certificate should suffice. Has she changed name on intl passport? lawrenzoh: Thank you so much for coming back to me.
I have a few more questions pls:
1. My wife was on Mat leave from December last year until August this year. Her last 6 payslips are no less than 2grand per month. Do we need to send extra payslips beyond this last 6
NB: Our first extension was 2½ years ago
2. We have moved houses from where we lived last year. That house we have now rented out. I have letters of correspondence to our previous address. Do I need to prove house ownership of our previous address.
3. Her marriage to me means she's had a change of name in some of our support documents, how do I explain this discrepancy in her name. |

Sounds somewhat similar to my daughter as well. We initially used aveeno dermexa which kind of worked but we've perm switched to Cetaphil which completely stopped it. Schoolhike: Morning all, could someone please suggest a cure for eczema and itchy skin for a 3-year-old girl based on past experience, please?
She's had eczema since she was 1 year old, initially appearing only on both knees. We've been using Aveeno cream since then, but it got worse this year when it started appearing all over her body. We took her to the GP, and she prescribed a steroid. It clears it away temporarily, but it comes back even more after withdrawing the steroids.
She keeps waking up during the night due to itching and can sometimes take 1 to 2 hours before she falls back asleep. As a result of the scratching, we also can't sleep until she sleeps.
She's not always in a good mood during the day as she spends lots of time scratching all over her body.
She's been sent back home a couple of times from nursery due to that.
List of stuff we've used: Aveeno, Zerobase, Hydromol, Epimax, Dermol lotion for bathing, steroid cream, Piriton for itching (this makes her too sleepy).

"If the money is in a foreign currency, we will convert it to British pounds using the spot exchange rate on OANDA for the date of the application." Debbieeeeeee: If your funds fall below the required amount at any time within 28 days you begin all over, it is your responsibility to use the OANDA calculator daily to check the exchange rate. Make sure to buffer the funds sufficiently so that you don't have to top up or fall short of the required minimum in between. |

Team Name: Bourne007 FC and was in FA Cup last season. Can you please share code to *.com? iamoyindamola: Ok Guys, the 24/25 FPL season is here
The fa cup and Carling will be shared via email accordingly, to get the code you quote this post with your email stating your team name position and the cup you were last season After the 2 cups are filled I will drop the code for the conference league, also note you can't join 2 cups if I find out you will be disqualified from the cups
Good luck guys, let's have a not paper tiger competition 😄😄 |

We had 500+ participants last season. FA and Carling Cups still manageable but wouldn't it be overwhelming sending emails if it's close to that amount + what will eligibility be? Does that mean new joiners ain't allowed? I think it's lively if open as done previously. Somewhat similar to the global ones except of course this is within NL. No allow iamoyindamola hang boot early oo Oasis007: Welldone bro, but the General League shouldn't be general literally. There should be a criterium to be eligible this season and its simple - regular and active participants only.
We need to make the league lively this coming season. We should be able to banter here every week with updates from the league.
I suggest you don't drop the code for every tom and jerry to join, rather via mail to active participants only. |
