Hello, good day all. Someone based in Uk paid school fees (3500pounds) for my family member last year. He paid with the exact exchange rate as at then, (Black market). He charged us for the services and we paid expensively for it. Unfortunately, he couldn't make it to UK due to the school inability to issue him CAS because it was late already. Now we are talking about collecting the school fees back, we were advised to open a domiciliary account and ask the guy to send it in pounds. He refused and said he will only send the amount we paid to him in naira, we didn't pay him in pounds. Please what do you guys think?

The proper word is Lend, when you're giving out you're Lending hence the proper grammar should be " Lent them almost 10K..."

I cannot find a way to remove them, will this be an issue for us? Since it's just two people we said are living in the house?.

Most employer do says they normally sponsor 3 months to the expiration of visa.

I have someone in this same situation. She applied for Graduate visa on Monday, and got COS the next day. So she's applying for Tier-2 now. All she has to do after applying for Tier-2 is to cancel her Graduate visa application, right?

Please, a friend on student dependant visa has been assured of COS during interview with NHS. However, she has some fears whether she can;

1. Switch to work visa as her husband is due to graduate in September 2024. Some people say it is not possible for her to switch unless the main applicant has finished his M.Sc. Please, after the new immigration law was passed in May 2023 which forbids students from switching while studying. Has anyone holding student dependant visa in the same situation successfully switched or knows someone who has successfully switched?

Call up airlines. Book the unaccompanied minor tickets. British airways offers it I remember.
Someone only needs to drop them off at the airport. The airline will look after them till they get to UK and are picked up on the other end by you or your wife.

OP was clear about their particular case. Saying there are exceptions in some cases may be a truism, but you failed to situate this within the context of OP’s initial question.

While I haven’t checked yet, I can bet my bottom $ that the exceptions you refer to will not cover PSW visa applicants.

Parents applied for Graduate visa and couldn't do so for the kids, all less than 6years old, because of fund.

Particular questions
1. Is there anyway it affects or will affect the parents visa?
2. In what specific ways does it affect the children?
3. What if the family doesn't have long term plan living here. Looking at moving elsewhere in near future. Does it matter or wouldn't it be a waste of scarce money ( let's say that have it) applying for children that won't be needing a brp for anything or right to work?

Even for kids that were born in Nigeria and only brought in as Tier-4 dependants??

You forgot to add that it is a criminal offence to overstay and they may be subjected to a monetary fine, jail time, or both. They also risk being detained and deported from the UK in addition to a ban.

OP has not paid, the application hasn’t even be made yet.
Isn’t it a better thing for OP to simply create a new application? Enter everything correctly and avoid any long (unnecessary) grammar?

I've also done the declaration part so can't edit any longer. All that's left is to make payment for IHS and application.

What are my options, please? Is this error fatal, and do I have to start another application from scratch?
