You know how those drivers behave?

The residents of one of the most secured estate in Lagos do not allow material delivery between 6pm and 7:30am. In fact, no construction activities during those hours. Check in time is 8:00am for construction workers. Check out 6:00pm

They'll have to exercise patience. I've already called the security men at the gate and I live just few minutes walk away.

Timely delivery at K-024 Cooperative Villas, Badore. Just the way I ordered it and even more. I've just been called at the gate that my order is awaiting clearing.

Pls remember my Stone Dust ordered for Browne Mews. Saturday will be ideal. And keep warming up for the first floor slab materials by next week. We will round up 2015 with the pour of the Browne Mews.

It has been a while since my last update. Everything is progressing well at the site. We are seriously working on "Browne Mews II" which I believe should be wrapped up before the close of business this year.

Browne Mews has drawn a lot of interests. We've had major celebrities throng the site and in fact signify interest in the build. We've had top rap artiste, CAF Football medallist, and high ranking business executives talked to us. This might open up some doors in 2016 and beyond.

I've already delivered the full set of this drawings (architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical) to your dad since May 2015.

Day 22 | Picture Updates

It's the 3rd day of block work.

Browne Mews | Day 22

No picture updates. But here are the things we've done.

1. Block work up to lintel level in some areas.
2. All lintel reinforcement ready on ground
3. Column and lintel formwork also ready
4. Prep work for the first floor slab and staircases have begun
5. Ground work begun on the covered porches.

We are changing levels shortly.
