With a jamb score like this all I would do is make enquires on universities that doesn't need post utme to gain admission. Fill the best amongst them then let prayers do the rest. Not many people will have 350 and above to beat this score.
Undergrad MBBS curriculum is almost same in all medical school in Nigeria. ( Any school with steady mbbs Accreditation for 20yrs+, Nigerian-standard Teaching Hospital, Federal/State owned (So as to be cheap), Endless list of Lecturers, and working Facilities ) should top your checklist.
I did not even have up to this score and that was the decision I made.. We thank God it did not end in tears.
But if you're very sure of yourself beyong reasonable doubts. Change to any Nigerian university and replicate how you got this score, you should easily win a slot on merit in any school.
