Family › Re: Guys, Can You Get Married To A Lady From A Broken Home?(separated Or Divorced). by braine(m): 9:00pm On Sep 24, 2015
No, I can not.

Her mother (who is most likely her role model) didn't do a good job at keeping her own marriage, what kind of advice do you want such mother to give the daughter??

If you look at broken homes, you'd realize that the woman's parents' home was broken too.

Thats how it usually works.

Of course it is not an achievement (To Nigerians)...
The people of Burkina Faso on the other hand will be grateful as an impending civil war or at least military face-off which could have led to the death of a lot of people was avoided.
So I guess it is not an achievement to Nigerians. I mean what could we have gained from the political stability of another West African country apart from our donations to ECOMONG if wahala starts and the lives of soldiers that will be lost.
FOH
You couldn't have said this any better.

Good question. Answer; Nairaland has been overrun with 12 year olds. It's the new age bro. Triviality is news worthy. I miss the good old days when captivating and mind stimulating topics only made the front page. I don't blame seun though; if i am making money this way, why change it.
True. Its tiring. It seems to be the same all over other Nigerian fora/blogs.

... Not in a situation like this..a child is involved for goodness sake!sad
You see, in a normal circumstance such as this, you'd expect that the parents would expressly give away their daughters to their baby daddies. This is the main reason why I feel the mum must have seen something and I don't think it should be ignored.

You don't know life. So, you can let go of your love and your very own happiness pleasing your mother? Smh. Anyways, I hope your mum will one day disapprove of what really makes you happy, until then would understand what we are talking aboutsmiley
Has it ever occurred to you that what may make you happy may not be good for you? Its like a drug addict; he feels the drugs makes him happy, but we all know its bad for him.

Besides, talking about not listening to mothers, I've been there. Wanted something, she said no but I did it anyway. Now I regret doing it and wish I had listened.
