Average is the addition of poor and rich and dividing it. So if poor greatly out numbers rich by a wide margin which is the case in Nigeria, it also means an average Nigerian can't afford peak milk. Why do you think peak is making sachet milk? It is because a lot of Nigerians are avoiding their milk. Point is, an average Nigerian can't afford peak milk.

I didn't say they don't deserve the amnesty but it seems only some people are gaining from it. Every indegene of that region deserves to be paid some money monthly if things are done right. But these payments are making people lazy. I come from rivers state so I know first hand what's going on. I don't mind if he continues but I know Buhari will never treat us well, mark my word. But he should be pressured into creating jobs in that region.

I doubt if he has any plans to continue the amnesty programme. I think he should just try and help those that are already in various courses to finish so that they can get jobs but as for paying them, it should end in December.
