At this age and time? Under our constitution everyone has right of association. So you can't be forced to swear an oath even in law court. Can the evidence be provened? Then take her to court. The same Guy that cheated in the JAMB exam will certainly do evrythin to cheat in the Post- Utme, or are there going to be machine or computer that will invigilate, mark and admit the students thru all the processes. The problem is fundamental.

All of us know what is happening in our institutions today, Many first class, 2.1,2.2 graduates can not defend the Certificates they have. Many students sleep with lecturers to have 2.1, many students have lecturers on their pay roll. SO its a critical problem that did not only start from Jamb, but a fundamental rot in the educational system of our country. Most private secondary schools are known for sure to past Waec, how? because they encourage Mass malpractices and parents will deliberately enroll their wards there. Most parents will pay every and anything for the institution to admit thir wards. so let us look critically beyond Jamb and go to the bases to attack the fundamental cankerworm that has plagued our Education.
The Educational System should be re-structured.

It must be stop because, the schools organising the post- Jamb have also encouraged corruption in the processes and its not longer credible at all again. And its an avenue for the VC, bursar etc in the Universities to steal money from this post-ume (Each school are at will to sell form at any price, and the numbers of people buying the forms are not regulated).

Jamb shuld be restructured. We blame jamb, what about WAEC & NECO. NECO was formed because some Nigerians believed thet  WAEC was no longer credible, SO what is the different btw NECO and WAEC now even NECO is worst.

The problem in the Eduaction sector is Students are no longer reading and their parents are encouraging cheating, forging and bribery etc. This is as a result of what there fathers do to win election by all means. The problem is not the system, but people operating the system. The same system worked fine in other West African countries then why must Nigeria be an exception.

What has N500 soup got to do with Good behavior, patience, love, respect etc? Some women can also cook with N300,and also be thorns in the flesh.

It is so sad that people have this in their minds, out of the multitude in a man's mind, he speaks.
Then the problem with nigeria is not the people in government alone but the governed. if any of these people get there they will actually do what they av written here.
That is why God will never allow some to get to the post of leadership, cos they will be worst and be a curse to the nation.

Nigeria useless law helps the rich to go scot free and denies the common freedom.

The Government for long has "its" nose on Petroleum products - stating it has no vision to develop all other sector of the economy, so the question is if the petroleum finishes what are will going to be living on?

Some quaters( for deregulation) that i believe are naive or tend to think with oscillating synapses forgot to argue their points objectively on the reason why Governors and past precidents have had the opportunity to embezzle the same state funds that they claim is not available at the peril of social infrastructure. Then why will it be that anything that has to deal with the common man has to be treated as Dogs with no choice?

If "Badluck Ebele Judas" knows he can not do anything without deregulation let "it" resign with pride and continue "it" life without shoes and stop betraying the same people that he claim he once lived like.

Who are the faceless Oil cabals or barons that import fuel? Are they not the same people? If Bill Gate from other country can come to Nigeria to better the life of the common Nigerian, then we expect more from this betrayer.
It is on record that most of these cabals have Oil refineries in other African countries and will never make refineries to work in Nigeria.
I will like to submit that there is no human justification for deregulation. Let Government complete all the refineries and build more beore they start thinking of deregulation or else Nigeria will be splitted to NI, Ge, RI, A. by REVOLUTION in West Africa
