My wife and I are planning to visit America on family visa.
My wife passport still carry her maiden name and yet to expire cause she did it while she was single.
Meanwhile she has applied for u.s once but was denied two years ago.
We now have a baby of 14months old.
Question :
Can we still apply with maiden name passport?
Should we use our cousin there as invite or lounge in an hotel since is just an holiday.

I still use my maiden name both my husband and kids have same surname except me it doesn't matter so long as u have documents proving ur man and wife! My hub(Virgin passport) &kids were granted visas Cuz I mentioned I had kids during my interview...!! Fill hotel but say u know person there too since you know

I have been refused a us visa four times before my this..i was refused 15 years ag

I have two pals that were rejected US visas. The first a lady, she used an agent that match made her with a guy as if though they were couples meanwhile she is single. Does she still have hope to reapply with her genuine information? How can she address her previous application?

2nd person, a guy also used an agent ,single but agent filled married for him and wrote that he will visit niagara Falls that is in Canada (this one tire me). Any hope to reapply for US visa for him? How can he address it?

Me: I'm going on a tour with Bleep bla bla in roswell,Georgia

Me: yes Atlanta,Georgia

Vo: what do you do?

Me: I work as an accountant with bla bla.

Vo:how much do you earn?

Me: as at when i filled the form october it was bla bla

Imm officer: how long is the tour?

Me: its a one day tour but I have list of other centers I want to tour

Imm officer: how long are you staying?

Me: my ticket is for 1month

My advice na to just be natural ,dress well and tell the truth that's all I can say... No need for all those suit n plenty native.


Going for part two soon with my family , to apply for the program that made me go on the tour, will share the transcript after the interview or when i don return from the program when time permit�

saying the site says 100% of applications were
decided within 60 days and not 60 working days
for same May. For eg, a week is 7 days but 5
working days. Haba....



15 days, is 15working days (3weeks)... 60 days is 60working days(12weeks) ....
