Omoawoke2: And why are foreigners not investing heavily in Southeast?
Are we the cause of your misfortune.
We agree foreigners invest in our land. And that’s because the environment was created for it. America was built by immigrants and foreigners invest heavily in America. But when immigrants get to America, they say God bless America for creating that opportunity for them to grow.
Same way you should be grateful to Yoruba for giving you Lagos a land of opportunities Because it's not a major city? Lagos was the capital of Nigeria before now it isnt Southeast is still invested by igbos also I'm not thanking people who will continue to be tribalist |

Omoawoke2: And we have Lagos.
Comparing Lagos to Anambra is like using atomic bomb to go on a sword fight.
You people have nothing!
You are empty.
The best place you could bring from southeast is Anambra. Nothing to show for anything in that landlocked dot
So the powerhouse of southeast is Anambra, why have you guys not developed Anambra to match up with just Ibadan ? Lagos that is a major city are you that of an idiot? Heavily invested by foreigners. I'm still waiting for ur statistics. Is Anambra a major city? Has it been a capital? You're just a worthless fool |

Omoawoke2: Yorubas are not called sophisticated for no reason
Politically smart and has always gotten the better deal without making noise.
I tell you, if it is Yoruba that wanted to get a separate country, they will do it quietly and successfully without noise.
The one that ibos have been crying for biafla since 1000bc plus blood shed and sit at homes, yorubas will achieve it without sweat but strategy.
Yorubas are very intelligent and strategic. Formed the necessary alliance and they have been passing power from north to southwest while southeast gnash their teeth in frustrations.
Since 1999, Yorubas have rules 8 years, 8 years vice president and going for another 8 years again. And you idiots have failed to develop the country as requested You're just lucky people haven't found this thread to start raining insults at you worthless people what's the fuel price or inflation rate you idiots caused for this country Let's not forget the orlu crisis where ESN humiliated Nigerian troops Worthless and jobless people like you |

ChibuzorAA: Losing 1967-1971 war at the death toll of 4 millions to them is enough to erode logical thought from the thought process of those people, they can never know what the want, unless they're cluchting on to negativity about the State that decimated their kinsmen and doing everything in their small capacity to make sure the state is not at peace so that they can at least find something to be joyful about.
My brother pity the people that experienced the loss of life of 5 million at a particular point in time while other tribes only lost soldiers to the war. They will never have logical agenda as they can't rewrite history. Loser they are, loser they will surely remain.
Worthless tribe Idiot Now show the orlu Crisis where ESN troops humiliated Nigerian troops in a few days |

RenaissanceGuy: It's not a war. I don't know why ignorant people are pushing this propaganda. It's going to be a dislodging operation that won't even take more than 1 week, if Ecowas plays their game well. It happened in Sierra Leone in 1998, Ivory Coast in 2011 and Gambia in 2017. This is NOT new. Three countries are going to declare war on ECOWAS very soon and ur screaming propaganda up and down Also Gambia is such a small country that even Senegal can handle it even the army didn't want to fight Sierra Leone was fighting rebels same with ivory coast This will be the first full invasion against another country with full power |

Politics › Bianca Ojukwu Canvasses demands for the release of Nnamdi Kanu by Brek(op): 4:28pm On Aug 23, 2023 |
Ojukwu, who made the call during her keynote address at the Annual National Conference and Convention of the American Veterans of Igbo Descent (AVID) in Dallas, Texas in the United States of America, noted that a competent court had declared Kanu free.Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu, wife of the late Igbo leader, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu, has called for the release of the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu. Ojukwu, who made the call during her keynote address at the Annual National Conference and Convention of the American Veterans of Igbo Descent (AVID) in Dallas, Texas in the United States of America, noted that a competent court had declared Kanu free. In the address which was released to journalists in Enugu on Tuesday, Ojukwu's widow decried that Igbo people and their businesses are no longer safe in all parts of Nigeria. AVID is a congregation of American citizens, both men and women of Igbo extraction who are military officers and veterans who have served in various branches of the United States Military at different times, in different conflicts and at different theatres of war. Ojukwu said that “only when the leaders in Igboland rise up, jettison their perceived conspiracy of silence and confront the truth will there be the slightest possibility of healing and recovery from the unfortunate condition The former Nigerian Ambassador to Spain said the task of confronting the Leviathan can only start when "we come to terms with the fact that It is the neglect of the leadership in Igboland to effectively highlight and address the blatant marginalization of Ndigbo through the years that created the vacuum which led to the emergence of Nnamdi Kanu, and then proceed to make the necessary amends." She called for greater synergy among the governors of the South-East and urged them to continue to intensify efforts towards the release of IPOB leader. Ojukwu explained that their (Igbo leaders) initial conspiracy of silence and nonchalant attitude towards his (Kanu) illegal rendition and continued unlawful incarceration contributed greatly towards inflaming the tensions within the South-East region today. Ojukwu, who was the special guest at the event, said: “This nonchalant attitude also brought about the unforeseen consequences of opportunistic criminal elements not even remotely connected with the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) coming into the picture". “Today, they (opportunistic criminal elements) are masquerading as freedom fighters to perpetuate the most heinous crimes in Southeastern Nigeria,” she said. The President of AVID, Dr Sylvester Onyia, restated the resolve and commitment of the organisation towards a safe, prosperous and peaceful Igboland, their homeland of origin. Onyia said that the continued detention of Kanu in spite of the court's order that he should be released was of grave concern to the organization. He lamented that Igbo people are anxious about the inability of the Nigerian Government to secure their lives, properties and investments in their states of residence and businesses in other parts of the country. He also expressed the organization’s concerns about the current hardship being experienced by Nigerians as a whole, and the marginalisation and insecurity in Igboland that had been exacerbated by anti-people policies. “These have caused nothing but suffering and a heightened sense of hopelessness among the people,” he said.
