You can accept that the problem with our power supply is something the three have in common...they did not let the power sector set its prices. Even tinubu's band A increase affects only 20% of the power supply.

When the power sector is not making enough of a profit, it cannot make the improvements needed to give us 24/7 lights.

What you guys need to do is stop blaming all your leaders, and blame yourselves. Your desire for cheap electricity is why we have no light. Even now large parts of the country don't pay for the power they use, and some pay N2000 a month, even if they use 200000 worth of light in that same month.

Let's tell ourselves the truth, Nigeria, like a rancid and cancerous sore has been decaying under the weight of corruption, tribalism and incompetent leadership for years but we have continually covered it up with bandages like subsidies, palliatives and other feel good policies.

Everyone knows that treating a rancid and foul sore of many years, will take a long time. The person will be taking pain relievers to relieve the pain but not treating the sore, he/she may eventually end up loosing the limb. The first attempt to start treating it will be the most painful and excruciating period often leaving the person with a fever but after sometimes, the healing process will kick in.

This is where we are in Nigeria right now, all the pain killers like subsidies, palliatives, quota systems will not suddenly make Nigeria a paradise, infact the pain killers are postponing the evil day.

This government is trying to treat the sore and it's very painful but soon enough the healing process will start, let us hold on a little longer, we will soon be in the clear and on our way to prosperity.
