Amokomowo:
Hello professionals....

I want something like this but the bricklayer insisted na block dem go use for the pillar....I have told him to stopped and look for a professional.... Please is he supposed to use a block as pillar to get same results ?

yes, be more concerned about the finishing that the stage it is now, once it reaches the finishing stage it will be achievable. The moulding on the beam and pillar footing is not something you will see now, perhaps you wanted to cast that pillar with concrete and spend more.

1Sharon:
And why is it written in English

You want him to write it in hausa?

Chinwetalagu, you be man, ebube agu na eche agu, the message must be passed, the awareness must be created, you simply wore a cloth written the RISING SUN yet people are thrown into painment and confusion... Ride on you will never be forgotten.

Was able to buy land this year would try and build something asap.

awesome, get your building design from me, i design amazing modern houses

Both ways work, but if you want more stability and the roof design includes parapet or concrete facial, i will recommend chaining it round.

My great people in construction. Kindly help analyze this building plan plan for my property of 140 feet by 25feet. What adjustments are needed?

The toilet and bath, kitchen seems unrealistic to me, the sizes are too tiny.

The plan will not work, the spaces are too tiny, the kitchen and tiolets.
