Anyway, we should think alternative methods of doing this, but when all we build is upstairs and multi dwelling units, it make it difficult to use alternatives because of the type of building involved.

For us to succeed with alternative building methods, our structural engineers and architects must start the process from the design stage of the building. The foundation all the way to the frame of the building must be planned to accommodate alternative building technologies.

I met herself and her delivery person at the station at the office of the OC and I spelt out my 3 options when the CO asked what I wanted. Apparently, some discussions had taken place between all three before I arrived. The CO asked her to pay me N15k and that was it. Time to pay, she claimed she would send it later but I and the CO insisted it had to happen there, on the spot. It took nearly, if not more than 30 minutes to place calls to acquaintances who sent her the money which she finally sent to me; the same person who charged me to involve whomever I wanted to. SMH... I left immediately.

The CO called me shortly after I went to a store around and was saying he had to do it that way because she is a female and they can be irrational even when they are wrong. He claims he knows the resolution does not sit right with me but I should let go and be the bigger person.

Decided to fence and gate it, started work on the site indigens came for development fee and 200k was paid.
Now local government came today that we didn't come to their office before starting the construction and stuffs and all their bills was calculated to 280,000, it caused alot of fights cos they stopped work on the site until 150k was deposited before they left.
Honestly I'm tired of this damn country.
Just fence and gate o not like I'm building a structure or something.
This is crazy, is there this really how it's done in other parts of the country?
