7 million max, a 20ft container sells about 500k, is not cheap you will also need quality wood for decking

Ante room is surplus to requirements, there's some kind of a decorated entrance, some rooms don't have closet even, shows client is on a tight budget and wants to keep it simple, that plan is ok, please what is VT?
Tbh most house plans can't be 100% perfect, unless the exterior design will look awful and complex.

Notice BEDROOM can you see how the verandah is helping to pour breeze and sunlight into the house?

Most of these are just my personal choice on how I live but the three non-negotiable elements are present: there is the flow, next to non-dark spaces, and very superb ventilation.

I would argue that a house must have 95% access to natural ventilation and lighting, if it doesn't have 95% that does not make it a bad design. Yet in this your building reference some places lacks natural lighting and perhaps ventilation too, even that bath looks impractical to me, coming from a plumber's point of view.

I feel if you can get 70% of lightning then it is okay, another thing people tend to neglect is orientation, there's a way you position your building even if you have just one window air will find its way in, but will not stay for long.

the design is not that bad, might need some rearrangements, i feel some rooms are too narrow and should have more than one window, Room 01, 02, 03, the users might feel a bit uncomfortable, but that depends if you will have constant electricity and provide Artificial means of ventilation, if the kitchen can be swapped with the room 03 better so you can put window adjacent to each other. A total of 4 rooms and only one is cross ventilated, that is not good.

For the mosque i don't know much about it.
Even as it is the plan would work but natural ventilation would be lacking.

For the masters bedroom : as I said earlier all the bedroom toilets should be accessed from inside not outside, this means after moving the wardrobe, we are having centralised toilet door

i understand, for the kitchen that door is not bad there for L shaped kitchen cabinets arrangement, it show be opening inwards.
To avoid collision and provide lighting into the lobby, that lobby door should be removed, any collision would be avoided by removing that lobby door and creating an arc there.
For the masters bedroom you are correct

For the masters bedroom, the arrangement is okay, recommending the entrance door to the masters bedrooms be moved as you indicated will mean that toilet is for everyone instead of the masters and that is not Good at all. The wardrobe relocation will maximise space as you rightly suggested, but i feel it should be in close proximity with the bathroom.

Nice but for the kitchen after relocating the door as you have indicated what pattern of cabinet arrangement do you propose? I feel that original door location is ok, it allows L shaped cabinet arrangement which is recommended, then no door for the loby let there be an opening with arc above to throw in soft light there, and allow users see if someone is coming out from the kitchen avoiding collision during movement, they can put a curtain there for privacy.
