The Nigeria god (not God), doesn't do with eternal blessing, as all it gives is earthly things only, unlike the true God (could it be Somalia or japan god?) that is always there for the honest people. |

Godiskind: I dont agree with you on this. Most of nigerian universities are not practically oriented. So the issue of not being able to hang and connect the fan by a elect elect graduate may not be the individual but a system problem. Nevertheless, I encourage graduates and undergraduates to engage in vocational training that will enhance their skills in their field of study. At least mechanical eng. and electrical eng. can benefit from this. But the worst is petroleum engrg, which does not have any means to vocationalize it...Lol. But seriously I pity a graduate who has laptop but yet pay biz centre to type his cv and those who cannot apply for job online. Though, with experience, you may be well knowledgeable with all these but still struggling to come out from unemployment. I conclude by advising that graduate and undergraduate should try their best to be well built but prayer should not be left in the equation so far as achieving success is concerned. live and neutral strict differences are like the safety precautions an elect \elect student would learn, first day in school. |

Christianity Etc › The Spiritual Highway Men On Social Media by BrightEye(op): 1:13am On Oct 29, 2015 |
A friend on facebook posted this and I thought of sharing :
Thought to share this
Welcome to Nigeria, where typing
amen to pastor's prayers on
Facebook will save you from your
village witches and make you a
billionaire...
Welcome to Nigeria, where Jesus
Christ sends you a WhatsApp
message and threatens to kill you if
you do not send it to 20 people.
The most annoying thing in all, is
that graduates and supposed
learned people send these ''miracle
messages'' to their friends
everyday.
These messages carry lots of
threats; Some of the messages say
you will suffer or go broke for a
week if you don't send them...
As belivers we need to keep an
open mind and be discerning and
also open our hearts and minds to
healthy discussions. We need to
think... The Almighty will punish you
if you refuse to send those
messages? Do you think your
destiny is tied to a message on
social media?Do you believe?
We claim to be children of The
Almighty but we are scared of the
future, scared of little things.
You relay a message to 20 people
on social
media and believe in your heart that
you will wake up tomorrow a
billionaire...What is wrong with us?
Like seriously, what is really
wrong with us? ...
Without prayers, hard work,
determination & purpose, ''miracle
messages'' on social media are not
invisible hands that can instantly
make us rich...
Stop spreading your fears on social
media because we are not
gullible...Our Lord is too
big to send threats to make people
obey Him.
Our Lord will never do that. We
need messages that will transform
souls and not messages that will
threaten people to create
unnecessary fear and panic.

I strongly agree with that no. 4.... I remember some years back, a graduate of elect\elect called me to his home, he needed me to complete the installation of a ceiling fan he bought, assembled, and hanged on the hook......he couldnt connect it to the power correctly. I was disappointed to see the way he was trying to connect it: he joined live and neutral of the fan chord together and inserted it into a terminal...... Even an office man knows that is a wrong connection.
NOTE : I was a freed apprentice of electrical works. |
