Very much-needed conversation on prison reforms. The overcrowding in some facilities while others remain underutilized shows the need for a more reasonable approach to inmate distribution. Beyond infrastructure, the focus on psychological evaluation for correctional officers is commendable. Rehabilitation, not just incarceration, should be the goal. A humane correctional system reflects the values of a just society. Hopefully, these reforms translate into real, lasting change, well-done Tunji-Ojo. you mean well
