Interview would be conducted in Hotels at Lagos, Abuja and PHC.

This recruitment would definitely end sum day, just like every other recruitment ( NLNG, DPR, NNPC..). Many of us should have gotten one or two experiences by now, but we still neglect them and continue doing the same thing over and over again... They won't take everyone(fact), no matter what you scored in the quiz' u ain't guaranteed anything...
I once mentioned that I did my internship last year with D, which gained me opportunity to interact with their staffs especially the new intakes... I realized that majority of them doesn't know what is nairaland' but they always emphasized on God factor. Getting a lucrative job in Nigeria is beyond waking up in the morning, reading nairaland/ posting false reliable source and always analyzing the process...
Why not Focus the energy in praying to whomever you believe in, PREPARE for the interview and improving yourselves ( Career wise). If you do these things trust me you will gain much confidence during the interview and may even find better opportunities
We have been through a lot already in this country we should have learned...
Don't place yourself in a position where this recruitment seems to be your last hope.

The cut mark is 40% because a lot of persons score less than 35% percent in the second test, the Executive Secretary, Engr. Simbi Wabote (Fnse) was very disappointed at the result and query TestMi, Management concluded no need for a Third test

The people they want to employ is very few,they have to keep on reducing the number of applicants by conducting series of exam. The third exam date nt yet fixed but any moment

But they are not reducing any number nii... They will conduct test and then send congratulations to almost everyone to rewrite again...
What is so difficult in shortlisting the percentage they need and moving ahead with the process?
Or are they trying to use us to perfect their testing skills

Chai! Stop reminding me about the bitter experience of DPR. Is unfortunate how those of us that were interviewed were completely ignored. So sad but we move!

Its unfortunate that not everyone that applied and get interviewed would get the job...
I did my graduate Intern with D last year, trust me the new recruits are living life... Big cars, good life, and the joy that comes with working in such a reputation organization with great culture.
I pray we would be among those that would be called to come and pickup our APL with NCDMB. CHEERS

We need to lunch official petition about it.We wrote our tests as directed by their last mail at 10am on Saturday.Many wrote theirs many hours later,after seeing the questions and getting the answers.I learnt many others wrote today again and all the questions are the same.

This can only make us(the first writers) to be at disadvantage as our scores will be lower than theirs as they saw the questions and cheated.

We need equity and expects that if virtual test is not taking place at the same time,then the questions should not be the same!

We are not launching anything, you are strictly on your own

A friend that score 94% in the previous test, and had gone to buy suit and tie, hoping to be the first they would call for interview...
now score 34%, and as I am speaking to you now, he is at alaba market auctioning his tie �

The test on Saturday won't be different from the last one...
They are aware that everyone cannot write at the same time"10am on Saturday " but went ahead to fix the same time for everyone....
On Saturday some will be to start test, while some won't... Then after the questions leak, they will then give another chance to those who could not take
the test another chance to cheat...
Then the next thing you will hear after waiting for 6 months again is , " congrats you have been invited to take test 3

I personally have a feeling that those whose portals are accessible will be shortlisted for another test (say stage two of the recruitment). DPR started like this when we took the exams and few of us that were able to access our portal got shortlisted for the interview in 2016. However, this is just a speculation.

I really don't think anyone can't access his/her portal... Initially, I was unable to login until I tried with a laptop... So if you can't login with phone, use a laptop

Actually, if we are being sincere you are the one sounding pained...people cheated yes, their cheating made them score higher than i did (I didn't even know questions leaked until after i had written a second/final time) yes, but what concerns me most is how i would be favoured and selected, and not how i would antagonise and pinpoint those who cheated... Like you said not everyone who scored above 70 cheated, and not everyone who scored above 70 got it by merit, but e don be e don be, na to move on remain....no need dwelling on what we have no control over...

The day someone dropped the 2nd test update, i personally didn't believe, but all I did was to make some calls and I got to Know it was true..
We should just understand that infos get updated every hour/day...
Person current news fit be your old news na, so we should just mind the way we exchange words here, please no insult for this thread before I flog somebody's bombom..after all, we all came here to be informed...

I hope so too, I pray many would be engaged as full time staff, and some would be considered for trainings rather than total rejection.

This is utterly incorrect. I don't think there's anything further from the truth. So why are you here in the first place? There are persons here with the highest connections you can think of. I met one of them in person few weeks ago when I traveled to Abuja to see my Minister.

Some of those people are gainfully employed and busy. They are only here because they have heart for others and are not self centered at all.

Biggest shock of all time is about to happen concerning this NCDMB job. As usual though, when compared with other A-list federal government jobs.

All of una wey dey carry big mark for head, Dem go soon shock una, unless you get VERY BIG GOD or VERY MIGHTY GODFATHER.

Bros trust me, at the end of this recruitment, a good number would say, " I knew nobody, but I got the job. By grace" Believe me, many that have nobody but trust in God for help, will certainly see God at work for them.
This "connection talk" is a tool to weaken peoples faith, but many do not understand.

Can we atleast wait until they start shortlisting for interview, before we start dropping phone numbers and WhatsApp groups...

he's right. information reaching me is that the next stage of the recruitment exercise has already began. if you didn't receive any mail from testmi, sorry you've been dropped, even though you scored 100%. there are so many criteria involved in the selection process aside high scores. as regards being able to take the 2nd test on the portal, you guys have to be patient, they're still working on it. goodluck.
