Foolishness. The living are to do justice for the one killed or murdered. It is part and sign of injustice and corruption among the corrupt people who are not able to do justice and are unjust. They the living don't do justice it is the dead they committed it to, it is that that society is unjust and corrupt and are not able to do justice. This is a way of putting away or abandoning their responsibility to do justice in a society by the leaders which indeed indicates that they are corrupt and unjust which also is a wisdom from Satan. Murderers are to be caught by the living and punished. But an unjust and corrupt society dudges her responsibility and commit that to the dead, casting away justice, such things happen in societies where there is thick darkness. And they are also deceived by unbelief in the living God but having faith in gods and demons all who are false and they themselves are false as their idols of wood, iron and co.
But if there is any case of murder which the living are not able to resolve, then the wise will leave that to the living God to do justice and execute judgment.

You should not really bother about it. It is one of those things. God sent His Son into the world and many did not believe in Him but came to Him only ( to steal miracles from Him) for miracles and leaving eternal life untouched. He sent the Saviour to them to save them but they even killed Him.
It is good to sincerely and honestly do good, and many times you may be injured while doing them.
So do not be discouraged but continue to do good and in fact increase in it, God will surely reward you.

But if you have not gotten eternal life, then get it by the grace of God through faith in Christ Jesus and no one can steal that from you and let no one take that away from you. The truth is that each person will truly, mainly and really be behaving and acting as he truly is but doing and taking the other thing as tertiary thing, for example the issue of governance. I mean a corrupt leader will concentrate primarily, mainly and truly on corruption, how to enrich himself, wife, children, family members, friends, party members and so on and the issue of real governance welfare of people, security, health and so on will be tertiary thing to him. The true and inner thing will be looting but the outward thing will be " we are leaders and leading. You can't serve two masters; yourself and the people, you have to choose one.
And so nothing else will work under a corrupt government or leader except only corruption, and her children; injustice, unrighteousness, and wickedness. So this is why almost all nations in Africa and other nations of the world where they are corrupt have been a mess till today.

In recent times we have been hearing many good and great things that the law enforcement officials have been doing and we praised them for them like the arrest of many notorious armed robbers, kidnappers and so on, who used to have safw haven in the past corrupt government.
