Arthur Nzeribe said, "Saints Dont't Dabble Into Politics". The political atmosphere is sooo polluted that if you are not strong in the Lord and uncompromising, then you'll be forced to seek spiritual fortification somewhere else and that is what is happening and we see it on a daily basis. Your fears are confirmed. |
Coke and bread - you know, the labourer kind of food that holds your belle tight. In worst case scenario, na garri but anytime wey i take am, my eyes go dey itch. But, to God be all the glory, it's been a long time i soaked garri. |

Lord have Mercy. Please, friends, pray always without ceasing and ask for God's divine protection all the time. |
It's all part of a strategic brand balance and maintaining relevance in the global industry. They are all governed by IFRS and so they must write. I just hope this will not jerk up the registration, exemption and examination fees to be paid in lieu of next diet examination. |
cheddarking: I would like this man to describe those angels to us...You wrote all of these and your heart didn't prick you. Aaah! I'm afraid. |
You can fool some people sometimes, but, you can't fool all the people all the time. Why are they playing on our intelligence? Infact, they are insulting our intelligence. The Righteous Judge will in no distant time set the records straight. Let them continue. |
People are beginning to look towards the direction of loosing weight by thinking green, now more than ever before. Green tea is one of the hottest products on the market today. Its medicinal values have been known for years. But the question is, can green tea really help you shed some unwanted kilogrammes of weight? Research conducted for the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition states that a green tea diet can speed up your metabolism and oxidize fat without increasing your heart beat. This means that you can achieve a fast metabolism with green tea without suffering heart trouble. In other words, green tea enables you to increase your expenditure of energy without causing adverse health effects. One of the chief benefits of taking the Green tea is that it helps in reducing your bad cholesterol count. What that means is that anyone who drinks substantially Green tea increases its probability of consuming high cholesterol foods, yet maintains a relatively bad cholesterol count. Green tea also decreases your blood sugar, protecting you against diabetes or at the least reducing the symptoms of diabetes. A number of studies have been done in order to ascertain the benefits of Green tea. For instance, researcher William Rumpler conducted a study in order to determine the effects of Green tea consumption on men. The results indicated that the energy expenditure for tea-drinkers was three percent higher after they ingested the tea. Of course, in addition to weight loss, there are other advantages to the Green tea diet. It is believed to be effective in preventing Alzheimer’s disease, combating flu and colds, and boosting your immune system. As a result, a number of people drink the beverage strictly for its medicinal value. It is interesting to note that some people wonder if green vegetables really help out in the process of shedding some weight? Every nutritional expert stresses the importance of fruits and vegetables in the diet. Fruits and vegetables are one of those rare cases in which more is better, and the new dietary guidelines recommend that everyone should eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Unfortunately for the health of Nigerians, most people do not eat sufficient quantities of these important nutrients. Nigerians staple food overtime has been carbohydrates i.e. Agege Bread and coke. That is too bad, since increasing the amount of fruits and vegetables you consume may well be the most important and easiest dietary change anyone can make. The health benefits of eating large quantities of vegetables has long been established, and study after study has shown that eating fruits and vegetables is a great way to increase your level of fitness and nutrition. Fruits and vegetables have been studied for their role in preventing a number of diseases, including heart disease, stroke, aging related conditions and even some forms of cancer. Some studies have shown that as many as 35% of all cancers are related to diet, and diets high in fat and low in fruits and vegetables seem to make many people especially vulnerable to such illnesses. Fruits and vegetables are also a great source of antioxidant vitamins, including vitamins A, C and E. Antioxidant vitamins are thought to play a vital role in protecting the body from harm caused by environmental pollution, UV rays and other modern hazards. While fruits and vegetables are important to everyone, they are just as important to those not yet born. Women of child bearing age should be sure to consume plenty of foods rich in folic acid. That is because folic acid is important in preventing many birth defects, such as spina bifida. Since sufficient folic acid is important to the proper development of the baby, it is important that the mother’s body contain plenty of folic acid, even before she knows she is pregnant. Good sources of dietary folic acid include vegetables like Broccoli and Spinach and citrus fruits like Oranges. With all these advantages, it is easy to understand why fruits and vegetables are so important to a good, balanced diet. In addition, fruits and vegetables are among the least expensive types of foods. So, if you want to lose some weight, you are on track by going green. If this article makes meaning to you, feel free to share it. Your sharing might be all that is required to help the next door neighbour. |
Thank God. Good news. A big relief "Dodo Mayana" is back on his feet. |
Of a truth, signs of the end time. |
I sincerely hope they'll not strangle Nigerians. If they'll perform and provide the services at reasonable rate, then it is a welcome development. And, if not, then Nigerians should start tightening their belt for a real Structural Adjustment Programme. |
I wish him quick recovery. But, i think everyone of us should make out time once in a while to do a check up on our state of health. Sometime back, Sunday Bada, a former athlete just slumped and died. The cause i don't know. If you want any form of assistance as regards how to know the state of your health, feel free to contact me on my signature. |
seunshow00: Hmmmmmm. This is what you should do. Don't wait for job employment letters to come viz applications you've sent out to companies. Begin to go from one office to another and tell them what you can do and the skills you possess and you'll be surprised that you might just be the person they've been waiting for. A young boy did that in my office and currently he has been considered for employment. Please, do not permit frustration whatsoever to creep in. You'll get there! |
Of a truth, we are beginning to uncover their sponsors. The FG should deal with the root of the problem and this madness will come to a halt. May soul of the dead rest in peace. |
I don't have any doubt that my Nigerian brothers go don dey place order. |
In no distant time, the righteous Judge will pronounce HIS Judgement and everybody eye go clear. |
This is strangulating. Of a truth, it is a bondage. If the employee decides to leave, before the expiration of 2 years, they can ask for a compensation with respect to the amount invested in training and other resources. This can be agreed and payment made on an instalmental basis. In the event that a sack is issued to the employee, i think it is absurd. The Bank in question should revisit this bond and correct it. |
Nigeria and Nigerians alike need not have full information about anyone, else they make a caricature of same. She needs prayers and not mockery. If she were to be your aunt, is this what you'll be wishing her? No, i don't think so. Regardless of whatever hide and seek that is being played, let's pray for her. She's human. I pray that God in His infinite mercies will heal her completely in Jesus name. |
Making $500 (@ N162 = N81,000) a month is a possibility. But here we need to define what exactly we mean - is it sales of $500 or profit of $500? If it sales, it is very easy, but profit, except you are selling digital products. To make $500, i sincerely think one needs to follow the steps below: 1. Identify the Niche that is profitable and trendy - This means there has to be readily available buyers. 2. Set up a squeeze page or a blog like www.OptimizedWellBeing.com and educate your audience 3. Put up an Opt-in form to capture details of your prospects so that you can follow up on and sell to them useful and valuable products & services 4. Have regard for everyone that is on your list by not insulting their emails With these and a number of other factors such as the blessing and mercy of God, you are bound to be fruitful with your online business. Making $500 or more is a possiblity. |
Men have lost their conscience. It is easy to spot a thief and call names but when presented with the opportunity to make a difference, then there will be a problem. If i were him, the best i would do will be to return all ill gotten wealth and then set an example of sincerity and remorse. With this, you are guaranteed of a seat among the elders and the sage. |
"The flesh profiteth nothing, it is the Spirit that quickeneth". Not even the strongest of the strongest men will stand when such a situation confronts them. Those with genuine oil on their heads are falling let alone someone whose head is dry. My submission is for you to restitute, i mean pray very well before telling her so that you can have a soft landing, steer clear of the family and move on. It might not be that easy but at least you are sure you are not carrying a big burden of guilt around with you. |
How i wish we understand that these guys are human beings and they as well feel pains. The rich also cry and their tears at times can be heavy. Quite a number of them are not happy with the way things are going in the country and they wish they can wave a magic wand to straighten up things, but unfortunately, there are foxes in sheep skin ready to tear everything into shreds that are in their midst. Nigeria is growing old and needs to be celebrated not matter how quiet. Nigeria, God bless you. |
Jos is under a heavy siege from forces that are more than them. Unless God intervenes, i don't see any solution in sight. What should we do? Pray for the mercy of God. English grammar, diplomacy, revenge mission, Government intervention and whatever strategy anyone can think of has not solved the problem, so where do we turn to? |
A big relief and a welcome development. Any remuneration to the athletes for this? Just asking. |
Left to GEJ, to a large extent he is sincere and has the heart to work, but the issue is he is being surrounded by foxes and vultures who don't mean well for the nation. Receiving the budget is one thing, implementation is another. Not just implementation, but correct implementation. I wish him the very best. |
If you do not know what to do or you’ve had a long lay off from exercise, then it all comes down to you. The type of exercise you do all depends on you and what you like to do. What you hate doing, paying membership fees, and whether or not to buy equipment are all things you need to consider as well as answer. If you choose something that you don’t like to do, you aren’t going to keep doing it for a long period of time. Give it some thought – if you don’t like jogging, you aren’t going to get up at 6 AM and go running. If you can’t find something you like to do, choose something you hate the least, which will normally be walking. Walking is great exercise, as it suits all levels of fitness. Anyone can start a walking program at any time, it’s normally the intensity and duration that differs. Walking is also a social exercise, as it isn’t difficult to find a training partner to chat with while you exercise. Walking with a partner will also make time go by faster. No matter what exercise you choose, you should start at a low level of intensity and build it up gradually over a period of weeks, which is essential to the longevity of your exercise program. If you start off too hard, you could end up with an injury which will require time off to get over. If you are really in bad shape, you should start off by walking for 10 minutes each day. Then, increase it by 5 minutes every 2 weeks. To make things more interesting, you should try walking a different course every few days. You can also roster a different friend to walk with you each day of the week. If walking isn’t your thing, then you may want to try a fitness centre They have loads of variety and normally have trainers on hand to answer any questions you may have. When you choose a fitness centre, make sure that they give good service. If they aren’t willing to treat you well before you join, then the likelihood of their mistreatment to you is high when you finally join. You should also make sure that the equipment they use is well taken care of. It’s easy to find out, as all you have to do is listen to the machines. If they squeak a lot or make noise, then chances are they aren’t being taken care of. If you still aren’t sure what you should do, then go to the National Stadium for sightseeing. By doing this, your interest is stirred when you see a number of athletes and sports men & women taking up one activity or the other. The idea is to get you motivated and with the little push that comes with it; you’ll be able to make up your mind as to the particular fitness exercise you want to engage yourself in. But generally, the advice is that you pick up an exercise that is interactive in nature so that you can meet new friends and in the process begin to adjust to the demands of the workout. |
They have not disappointed the nation. They've given a good account of themselves even if they do win anything. I'm proud of them. |
