johnpablo541: You are a very ignorant person,
A fire engine is a vehicle designed primarily for firefighting operations. The terms "fire engine" and "fire truck" are often used interchangeably; however, in some fire departments/fire services they refer to separate and specific types of vehicle however, in some fire departments/fire services they refer to separate and specific types of vehicleYou've proven me right again |

johnpablo541: You are the one that knows nothing about fire trucks or engines. All fire fighting vehicles are referred to as Fire trucks.
A rapid intervention vehicle is a type of fire truck. I mentioned FIRE ENGINE. You are ignorant and numb to correction. I won't reply your unreasonable argument anymore. |

johnpablo541: oga, that is a mini fire truck. A company in China produces them also. Yes they cannot handle large fires. It's called Rapid Intervention Vehicle. And it's not the same as a fire engine. The same function of the rapid intervention vehicle is carried out by a water tanker (also known as water tender) that can be used to fight fire (but is not also the same as a fire engine). Don't teach me something you know nothing about. |

CSTR2: There is nothing advanced about a fire fighting truck. It is not a tank.
IVM has everything an average fire fighting truck needs. I'll educate you about what I know cos I was trained for this... In my honest opinion, this is just a glorified water tanker with a pump. |

odomanis: Were you hired to analyse or criticise IVM vehicles or something ? What has your submission got to do with the subject matter ? Have you even been privileged to access and closely examine and test any of IVM vehicles to come to these conclusions ? Or you are just assuming and imagining things ? Constructive criticism, based on my knowledge and experience of firefighting. If you have been stoned by angry mob because your fire engine broke down on your way to a scene of fire, or your pump stops working all of a sudden during an emergency, then you'd understand why I think IVM attempting to manufacture firetrucks is still a joke. It takes experience and a lot of feedback to consider the weight, height, tank capacity, cabin crew capacity, number of tires, even chassis...you can't imagine what goes on and the number of tests and visits made to build just one fire engine that will work effectively on a terrain. |

IVM has everything an average fire fighting truck needs. Oh well...you seem to know what you're saying...well spoken...can you tell us what kind of pump is installed in the vehicle and it's capacity? How many inlets and outlets it has? The tank capacity? Other equipment in the fire engine? |

Matrimonous: How did you know? Do their vehicles lag behind modern cars? Why would their fire trucks? I should know better. This is my specialty. You can't just create a lookalike vehicle and name it. That's not how this thing works. This truck looks like a joke. If I say more, you'd think I'm only trying to rubbish IVM but that's not the case here. For example, you cannot compare the Hilux with an IVM truck...one is more durable. Don't get sentimental |

johnpablo541: Those are mini fire trucks. Not the regular sizes that are popular. You are just making up a name to fit the description of what you see. There's no such thing as a mini firetruck. This is a fire engine as long as firefighting is concerned, and I can bet you that these vehicles are not heavy-duty trucks specially designed to handle large fires or even pump water for longer periods without damaging the pump casing. |

Matrimonous: So innoson manufactures state of the art fire fighting trucks yet a SW governor traveled overseas to shop for it. What a shame. Don't mean to rubbish the fire engines IVM manufactures, but we're talking about rating and specifications, the kind of advanced technology that IVM does not have for firefighting trucks. This is not about purchasing trucks that won't give you maximum performance. The size of the trucks are even ridiculous |

cococandy: The same posters who shame single/divorced women and make useless comments about children raised by single moms also wonder why women care about the opinions of the society?
The synaptic gaps seem to be enormous. I’m guessing anything to hate on women flies. Even if it means dancing on both sides of the argument simultaneously. Sigh. The Koko of the story to you ladies is simple. Have sense! Men are not out to judge anybody cos there's so much to be done rather than looking into other people's matter. At the same time, as long as one is thinking about settling with a life partner, one should be held accountable for his/her actions and moral standing. So girls want to have fun, and they spend their youthful days doing wild things with several guys while the upcoming young men are hustling. By the time the young men are settled and comfortable, same girls run back to them and want to spend the rest of their well spent lives with these same young men. It can't work my dear. Don't be selfish. Men know the ones that deserve to be treated like queens. |

Jones4190: PDP is a fraud. Multiplier effect of corruption 1. A young man works for one of the state ministries. His salary is 120K. He makes 15,000 everyday on this desk (N75k a week) engaging in corrupt practices. As a result, he spends the daily cash as he cares. Living large and far above his legitimate income. 2. He visits the local joint every evening and buys drinks for friends, and area boys. They hail him. He is married, but has two girlfriends. His "income" is enough to take care of them. The Asun seller at his favorite joint is happy, the joint owner is happy. 3. Everyone was benefiting from his "income". Friends, family, area boys, joint owner, Asun seller, girlfriends, wife and his church. Life was good. 4. Then suddenly the ministry implemented the Treasury Single Account (TSA) at the beginning of PMB administration. His extra "income" disappeared and he had to adjust to the reality of event and live within his real income. That wasn't easy. 5. Initially he reduced his daily visit to the joint to 3 days a week and stopped buying drinks for everyone. He reduced the plates of Asun. The Asun seller started to find it hard to sell a full goat each day and resorted to buying half. 6. The young man's girlfriends started to feel the heat too. No more iPhone 10. The joint owner noticed a drop in sales. The young man finally stopped visiting the joint after a month. The area boys started feeling his absence. The effect cascaded down. 7. The young man started spending more time at home with his wife and kids. The family had to readjust to the reality of the new normal. His hair stylist noticed the young man suddenly stopped tipping. He will even wait for his N200 change after haircut. 8. Things are different. Times are hard, they all cry. The young man is blaming Buhari, his wife is blaming Buhari, the area boys are blaming Buhari, the girlfriends are saying Buhari must go, the joint owner is saying Buhari killed the "economy" 9. The Asun seller is cursing Buhari, the hair stylist is insisting Buhari is too old to rule. This is the story of our nation where corruption fuels the "economy". Those who are not engaging in it are benefiting from it. 10. This tread is not about Buhari's achievement or failure, but rather about the "multiplier" effect of corruption and how we have built a system largely driven by corruption. It's about policy implication (good or bad). It's about the choices we have made. Finally, the young man had to withdraw his kids from what he called expensive primary school his kids attend. He added:"what are they teaching them there sef " Obasanjo didn't go to a private school. I just laughed . I Will explain part 2 of this story at the end of # NEXT LEVEL If you will still be alive |

I need to ask a question...
Are they collecting their permanent voters ID card?
Another question...
Can the PVC be closed by just getting the ID information?
If the answers to both questions are NO, then why is everyone complaining about this?
I think only people who are eligible to vote should partake in the collection of Trader Moni. Those are the stakeholders and they will determine whether they want the present administration has favored them or not. |
