Now my question is this, what wil happen to the Banks dat wld not make money available to people through ATM? now dat that they no longer collect charges to other Banks user because to me that charges they collectd serves as a motivational force to service delivery. And their wil be a lot of died ATM Machine around with lack of maint'nance. Again how are we sure that by the end of every month charges wil not be deducted as part of service delivery.
