There were mixed reactions from the people of Suntai Ward when Governor Danbaba Suntai, for the first time since his accident, came out in the public to cast his vote.
Mr.Suntai who was driven to his Mamman 012 unit in Suntai ward at about 1: 30 p.m. was the last person to be accredited and the first person to vote.
The process of accreditiation and voting was inside his Lexus Jeep. He was greeted with cheers and tears.
A resident of the town, Henry Bala, told PREMIUM TIMES that he is happy to see Mr. Suntai.

As Nigeria returns to the polls tomorrow, I encourage all registered voters to come out en masse and exercise their right to vote. I have instructed our security agents to fully facilitate the right of Nigerians to choose leaders of their choice at the gubernatorial and assembly levels by remaining non partisan and ensuring that we all vote in a secure environment. Because of their sacrifice in securing our nation, we can all be confident to come out and vote our conscience all over the federation. History of buhari political ship jumping:
1).2003 and 2007 presidential candidate under the platform of ANPP.
2).2011 left ANPP and joined CPC and became presidential candidate for 2011 under the platform of CPC
3).2015 left/merged CPC to form APC and became presidential candidate for 2015 election.

Buhari is not an example of a committed party member he has jumped ship three times in his 13 yrs political history. He is not a yard stick nor a model of loyalty to any political party.

I will not be surprised if he joins a different party or forms a new alliance for the 2019 presidential election once the nascent union of strange bedfellows called APC disintegrate over the looming unchecked party chieftain egos that is already haunting the flickering union.
