I think the biggest investment to make in Nigeria today is to go into a joint venture with government (state, federal, ministry, whatever), and wait for them to default and then sue. The only due diligence required is ensure there are assets abroad that can be seized, and there's plenty of that it seems.

Now, I wonder who's going after NNPC.
