The court just ruled that the Plaintiffs had no standing to bring the suit. (Maybe so it wouldn't be an election issue)
The fact it got this far should trouble anyone who understands the cae.
The fact that there was no actual ruling on the merits should trouble everyone as well. As it just means they will find someone with standing probably after the election to bring the case back.
