The little symptoms i am having have all eased up more, peeing is now reduced but not my normal peeing and my energy these days is wonderful sometimes i wonder whats happening sef, but a littru bump is saying hi to me just to reassure everything is fine.

Don't worry i am sending you some NO-MS goodness, early morning hunger with eating minus vomiting

Thanks for checking up on me cappo, I'm fine now, my symptoms have eased up abit too but still dealing with bitter mouth and INSOMNIA. I only get to sleep from 4am to 6am everyday no matter how hard I try to sleep.

This too shall pass.

I've done my first ultrasound scan too and doctor said everything is fine with us.

Bp is normal. I'm fine now, still unable to eat though.

For days now to. Sleep na problem. After eating i will like 2 hours and that's it. No more sleep again. I have tried mang things for where sleep no show, i just dey change positions on top bed anyhow still no sleep. Lord please i want my sleep before vigilant begins Abeg.

@BuddingSpear have you tried taking quaker oats? Abeg try and eat something our baby needs the food and you nerd your strength too. Kpele mama!!!

Just keep trying different food, you will figure out what you can tolerate. Try hot, warm and cold versions of food you'll be surprised what you can tolerate

I don't even know what to do again. I try to take Milo and pap, I take eba and noodles too. My husband is a Dr. I've not gone to the hospital though.

Sorry teamie, you can take paracetamol it's safe in pregnancy and try to put a cold towel on your head like cappo said it really helps. This to shall pass.

I've taken pcm and using the cold towel. It's just not working.

Haa e pele ma,

I am sure the insomnia is the cause of headache, hope you are eating well? I had one crazy headache few days and my body was feeling kind of strange, sleep wasn't forth coming and i was bloated so i wasn't even ready to eat anything, DH insisted i eat after telling him my last meal was early afternoon, that was how i leveled up eba and correct okro soup , omo i was recharged immediately and could't wait to get into bed.

So please try and eat, take a bath, drink warm milk (can't stand evaporated milk) turn off all lights and electronics put a wet towel over your head and just lay on the bed with your eyes closed even if it looks like sleep is not coming, you won't know when you wee doze off and start snoring sef

I've tried all cappo, I can't take milk, I vomited the first time I took milk so I've been avoiding it. My mouth is always bitter so eating has been soooooooooo difficult. I've lost 10kg so far, it's hard to keep anything down.

Cappo, I'm here o been dealing with painful headache and insomnia for 3 days now.

Thanks for ur response, was it seen through transvaginal scan , cos have done several trans V end nothing was seen but a doc said I have pcos cos of my hormonal profile result fsh 4.33, lh 7.17, and other docs said No
Am just confused a little

It was seen through TVS, then my husband suggested that we do the hormone profiling. I'd suggest you try another doctor.

My husband is a doctor so he did all the tests and interpreted them too. I commenced treatment immediately we discovered what was wrong.

I missed my period for two months which was quite unusual and I wasn't getting positive pregnancy test. My husband suggested that I do transvaginal scan to know what is causing the situation. I also did hormonal profiling tests too.

Pls have been trying for close to five years now with no result was diagnosed of PCOS and clomid ain't giving d desired result as regard pregnancy both my period has been coming each month doe not with regular date at times 26 circle and at times 28 circle but it comes unlike before where I could do 2-3month without period. Now I was asked to try vitex&maca root powder doe my dosage for clomid has been increased pls I need to know is der any1who has used this vitex or maca root powder before? Want to know before trying it so as not to distablize my menstrual circle totally.

Hi mama,

Was also diagnosed with PCOS in November 2018, I was placed on clomid twice a day, glucophage for 8 weeks and bromocriptine for 8 weeks.

I took all the medications, tried also to lose weight and prayed fervently for the medications to work. It did work as I took in after the first round of clomid, 6 weeks on glucophage and bromocriptine.
