You got me this is my first registered. Actually acquired it (for a discount) to learn more, because i believe having a domain at hand will help in testing some domaining skills.
Secondly, i too believe the domain is unique because of its specificity. Hopefully it will find its way out of my hand before time for renewal comes.
Lastly, I will continue to read, read and keep trying different skills, keep reaching out to targets until the "specific" buyer comes.
Thanks for your feedback thou. Appreciate

Public/domain/registry/com reg fee is $35 that's why I am asking! Or is is that not where the domain is registered?

As for the outbound, I am not cut out for that. Have a lot to outbound already!

justmykel:
Did you actually reg that domain for $35 or U used a promo code?

ElonMosque:
Hm..

Geo is much more straightforward. Here's what you can do, go through the first page to the current page, searching only for sales reports. Just look at what is selling - flooring, roofing, towing, et cetera. I cannot overemphasize the importance of sales reports, not only for motivation but for understanding what sells.

With the little I know, I am not confident on Geo+MedicFund. Medic Fund should be a government thing. ZedXT? What's the idea behind the name? Can't think of one idea so I'll say you should focus on more popular acronyms like AI,VR,PR etc. Zed isn't exactly a word so if you're handregging - target domains like zedox, zedia etc.

Geo fences ain't so bad, although the term ought to be "Geo Fencing" according to searchvolume/io data.

Honestly, the easiest piece of advice is to look at sales reports, here and on NP. You don't need to "reinvent the wheel". Just look for similar names to what has sold.

My advice isn't complete but at least it can help a little.

Good luck

viktor88:
Geo fences? What does that mean and which business will use the domain?? And its even on dot net. Stay with dot com for now

Medicfund: it's a geo domain but I don't even know the business that will use it.

As for zedXT I don't what that means.

Advice: stop wasting money till you understand what are good names.

how to park;
go to bodis.com and sign up. it's free. after registering activate your account by the email link that will be sent to you and by phone SMS. after that, log back into your account and click on add domains. after adding your domains, that is simply listing. not parked yet. To successfully park and enable ads to be showing on your domain, go back to your registrar where you bought the domain eg Goddaddy.com and change the nameservers to bodis's nameservers. once this is done, the ownership of the domain will be verified, and if the information corresponds, ads will be scattered on the said domain and it will look exactly like a website.

Below is a sample of one of my parked domains

He didn't try anything.. As a newbie in domain industry the first popular Keywords that entered people's mind when they hear domaining is Dictionary words that was registered in the 90s.

Na after you don check Whois tire, you'll be able to understand that domaining didn't start today.

OYENIYIJK:
He tried though. Five letters word that is very pronunciable.

meetme01:
