When you are doing the second floor pillars carpenter will take wood from your deck
When you are doing your parapet carpenter will take wood to use
Don't pay for carpenter to remove the wood for now

I'm aware of those points of yours but I need to fix a door inside one of the rooms below to start keeping materials like generator and cements cause water is entering into the storehouse built with pan whereby making all the cements to harden.

Without removing those bamboo, it will be difficult to move in materials. And my intention is for the person to remove them smoothly and arrange them to one side until it is needed at the parapet stage again and the pillars.

You should spell it out in his cope of work (removal of formwork) and keep some balance till this is done.

They’ll charge you separately for removal of formwork.

Kindly talk to him and offer him something reasonable.

If he’s unwilling to do it, I can give you an egun (Cotonou) carpenter who can do it. The only thing I can tell you is he’ll take over your carpenter job if he step on your site. Not with juju o but he’s going to do everything to impress you. Talking from experience.

After he collected 260k just to lay the planks and the rest. He wasted so many materials. The architect told him to get 3/4 PLYWOOD. He told me to get half inche and it was condemned. I had to go and get marine boards after. Additional cost.

With granite it doesn't really matter what truck was used to convey the materials, unlike sand where you MAY be able to tell the bucket size visually.
What matters is what was loaded unto it. So its better you show the granite on the floor.

We have received granite many times in a similar truck & bucket, recently we received in a HOWO truck.same full load.
My guess is that it is complete if that bucket was indeed loaded fully.

I will take a proper picture tomorrow. Although we're already working towards the decking and the engineer said I need 90 cubits of granite so they just joined all the delivery together.

So I don't know if it can be ascertain with this.

Perhaps, it depends on exact area. I am being quoted 20k-22k for 10 tons laterite Ogun via Adamo Ikorodu axis

The least I could get is 41k around Ota area for 10 tire. Meanwhile it's sold for 20k in ifo. And this is the truck that was supplied today. I don't know if this is how they pack it cause it doesn't look like something that is filled up.
