I now see the reason why most of you guys follow your GOs fo0ishly and 5enselessly

The standard doesn't change whether human beings follow it or not

The marking scheme for an exam doesn't change even if almost all the class use a wrong method.
You ended up saying nothing. Nigeria is a secular state with secular laws governing it. Try implementing Sharia and see the backlash. Always playing the victim. That's how Muslim all over England continuously try to tell English people how to live their life in their country

If your religious beliefs forbid you from dressing in a particular way that members of a professional group dress, then it is first of all sinful for you to decide to belong to that profession in disregard to your religion and hope that they will change their standard of dressing to accommodate you. This is what we should be talking about, not about whether or not decision of Body of Benchers was right or wrong.

See your President's daughter last year when she was called to bar.

I have been to Turkey, a country that is 90% Muslim and and they hadly wear hijab. Are they going to hell by Naija Muslims standard.

you were raised a Christian and that is why you cannot spell Israel. Shame and palestine is palastain. go back to school. before you finish, thetwo countries will reconcile
Foreign AffairsRe: OIC Declares East Jerusalem As Palestinian Capital by Built2last: 11:16pm On Dec 13, 2017
The hypocrisy of the mediators of this crisis is the doctrine of two state solution as panacea for peace.

Which other two country share same capital.

This negotiation is over 70 years and there has never been solution.

Those who love peace should tell Palestinians to move on. Nothing will happen. Israel will never bow to international pressure
PoliticsRe: The Historic Igbo/yoruba Handshake; The Key To Southern Unification. Jan 11th by Built2last(op): 9:45pm On Dec 13, 2017
The hatred between Igbos and Yorubas is very artificial.

They come online and insult each other yet they are colleagues at work and worship in same church. Buy commodities from each other.
PoliticsThe Historic Igbo/yoruba Handshake; The Key To Southern Unification. Jan 11th by Built2last(op): 9:29pm On Dec 13, 2017
I have said it before and it bears repeating now, the day Ndigbo and the Yoruba decide to bury the very destructive but senseless rivarly between them and forge a common front on issues of common interest, that is the day the #TheChildrenOfTheSouth and indeed the whole of Nigeria will experience a new dawn.

I have always waited for this day and as it would seem, 11th January, 2018, appears to be the day my long wait will take its last breathe for that is the day these two great peoples will gather in Enugu in celebration of their age long but almost forgotten brotherhood in a historic event tagged "HANDSHAKE ACROSS THE BRIDGE" being put together by an Igbo socio-cultural group -NZUKO UMUNNA (The Bridge Builder) under the auspices of the two Apex socio-cultural groups of both Peoples, Ohaneze Ndigbo and Afenifere.

It is the day the 'Who-Is-Who' from both sides will come together to re-ignite the unique bond examplified by their two brave sons, late General Aguyi Ironsi, the former Head of state and Col. Adekunle Fajuyi, the former governor of SouthWestern region who were both murdered in cold blood by disgruntled soldiers in the counter coup of 1966.

But beyond the euphoria of the expected brotherly HandShake between these two great Nations, the question is, was there any justifiable reason for unhealthy rivalry between them in the first place?

Has there been any record of tribal war, clashes or any form of direct ethnic confrontation between Ndigbo and the Yoruba? (The answer is No)

So why the destructive competition rather than constructive collaboration??

For ages, numberless generation of young people from both sides have been fed with the wrong account of the Civil war, an account that is replete with cherry-picked quotes, facts and figures, self-serving selectives, a basket of distortions, mis-representation, mis-quotation and mis-interpretation.

For instance, those who wish to keep us divided will always feed an average Onye-Igbo with the devilish propaganda that The Yorubas starved Igbo kids during the war while Ndigbo attacked Lagos, Yoruba-land, in a land-grabbing quest. And with these distorted war histories, our children will grow up inheriting a mutual antagonism while our region and our people will keep wallowing in socio-political/economic Egypt.

How about telling a Yoruba man that an Igbo man, Ojukwu, it was, who released Awolowo from Calabar Prison and sent a security team to escort him to his village?

How about telling an Igbo person that Adekunle Fajuyi, a Yoruba man, died with his guest, Aguyi Ironsi rather than give him up?

We owe it to both Man and God to put the wars and woes that happened five decades ago behind us and build a long-lasting mutually beneficial alliance in the interest of peace and economic emancipation of our two great peoples and the country in general.

It is for this reason that I find this event as uniquely significant as it is strategically desirable. I say a very big Thank You to NZUKO UMUNNA for conceiving and organizing such a landmark Bridge-Building event. And even a bigger Thank You to Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Uba-led Organizing Committee.

With Chief John Nnia Nwodo, the Ohaneze Ndigbo PG co-hosting with the Afenifere leader, Pa Reuben Fasoranti and the Publicity Scribe -Yinka Odumakin and the Obi of Onitsha and Ooni of Ife as the Royal Fathers of the day, I have no doubt in my mind that the great Southern unification is nigh.

May This New Bridge Never Break!

The current figures shows that our population is now 194,094,896. Nigeria's population is scary with a growth rate of 2.1% meaning that about an additional 4,535,394 persons is added per year. We have 98,285,308 male population about 51.% and 95,809,588 female population 49%. We had 6,854,958 Births this year ie 2,872 Births per day. We had 2,260,045 Deaths this year.

This is not mare statistical figures it is a real sign that Nigeria will soon explode if no real plan is put in place. India accounts for the largest number of poor people in any country in the world but its poverty rate was far lower than Nigeria which is among countries having large number of poor people. This should scare anyone. What is even more scary is that we will soon surpass india in the number of people with extreme poverty if we continue like this.

Poverty has risen in Nigeria, with almost 125 million people living on less than a $1 (£0.63) a day, statistics have shown. We are talking about 62% of Nigerians now live in "absolute poverty". This would get worse giving the irresponsible disposition of government.

We have so drifted and have continued to drift as a country. With the current structure, Nigeria will always have a better yesterday because with no real plan for the surge in population the hardship will worsen.

At 14.2% unemployment, we battle with over 30 million nigerians without job. We have virtually all employed Nigerian currently underemployed given the present value of the what they earn. What is the purchasing power of naira?

All these analysis is a pointer to the failure of government that has refused to realize that our current structure can never work. We are not yet a serious people and we are not ready for any meaningful development.

The war on corruption as a major policy thrust of this administration is a misplaced one. It is meaningless to say the least. If we must fight, we should be fighting poverty and by extension unemployment.

The way to go is the bold way and that way would guarantee efficiency, eliminate waste. It is going back to the drawing board. It is restructuring this country and taking advantage of the regional advantages. Surviving on the low hanging fruits is no longer sustainable.

All comments from APC in the last few weeks exudes fear.

why do they always sound like the north is the final determinant.

Yes, Any other Northerner will be defeated by Buhari in the North only but they forget that the person contesting against Buhari Needs 25% of Northern Votes and support from 2 other regions and Middle belt to win.

To understand the perception of this government from Northerners. Viist El Rufai's wall on twitter when ever he attacks PDP.

Northerners are grossly disapointted to say the least.

Get 35% of Northern votes will be an easy ride

I only took note of the names of people reacting to his post and the number of likes the posts got.

PDP has an opportunity to right their wrongs. Even though they looted us dry, beggars saw food to eat. This is the currency they must ride on with an apology to Nigerians.

Take it or leave it. The reactions in APC camp exudes fear. My challenge is that those around Buhari will loot 2018 budget dry because most of them know all is not well with APC and baba may not have the energy to tour the 36states and campaign like 2015.
