Thanks Nchabuomo: Like @giselle237 rightly suggested, leave it for now. I would say a few years, maybe 2 or 3. use that time to try and travel to other places. You have a decent income threshold don't keep looking for sponsors it might become a red flag especially if these sponsors are not in any "meaningful" relationship with you. Keep a clean account and use your other accounts for other runs you do. Go to Dubai, Turkey, France anywhere and reapply after a bit.
I know it might not be what you want to hear but you have to exercise some patience and repackage your whole application. |

giselle237: leave it for now. 4 consecutive denials from them alone is a red flag to your application. Avoid looking desperate. You can go to other countries for vacation. Please I have the receipt for the huge deposit in my account. Should I do. Pls advise me |

When do you think I can reapply. And can someone else sponsor me.

What should I correct if I want to reapply. And when can I reapply leef2022: Dear applicant, Don't let this sour your detty Christmas or a successful and prosperous new year that awaits you and many others looking forward to one. Tomorrow grab yourself a pint of drink, get your dependent bro around and enjoy the festive seasons, after the festive seasons and perhaps and most favorably when covid is much under control and more borders are open for visitors, make applications and travel to your other desired destinations, and if you want to re-apply to the UK do so.
In your future application to the UK please, you must try to keep things simple and clean as possible whilst demonstrating that your application circumstances has changed whilst addressing points that undermined your previous applications and the recent refusal you shared, if you have any question(s) do not hesitate to drop it/them on here BEFORE submission of your documents.
Seasons greetings |

I presented my land documents. Is like they didn't view it all Brenda37: Based on what you mentioned here, once you give them something complicated to work with, it becomes very difficult. But once your application is straight forward, account clean and present landed docs etc it will be easy for them 2 make a decision |

I explained some amount in my account. I have a property. Also have a dependant brother Debbieeeeeee: There are two issues here: ties to Nigeria be it social, economic, etc ( officer has just noted in this refusal that you don't have ties that'll bring you back home after your visit. Are you married? Do you have kids? Do you have aged parents that you care for here? Do you have property here?
He also said there as deposits in your account about the 300k you stated that you earn without explanation. Did you do a letter of explanation, explaining your herbal circumstances and also explaining three extra monies in your account? |

Christabeliciou: I thought if it's transferred to VAC that means a decision has been taken and waiting to get a mail for pick up. Pls did you login through your email to link to track or it's was tracked through the TLScontact app from play store. I noticed something different, in the login through your mail to track it's shows that Application transferred to VAC but the biometric is still on red. when check through the download app from play store it's shows that Application has been received successfully by VAC ticked by green and no.3. Passport ready for collection or delivery yet to be ticked by green, meaning the next stage is for mail. So which is now correct if I may ask pls is it the downloaded app or the login through your email. Please how do I login through my email. Thanks |

But I use priority service to upload my documents. The only thing is that, those documents that's not in a A4 you have to photocopy it on A4 paper
Self service is the best option you can use. Just scan all your documents with your phone or wit a scanner and save either on your phone or laptop depending on what you want to use to upload your docs. Then you can also get a soft copy of your Bank Statement and save on your phone or laptop as well. Then you create folders for each documents you have so that it will be easy for you to identify them when uploading. It's as easy as that[/quote] |

Please how did you explain the amount in your hubby account on the cover letter. Is it urge amount. Thanks
I have been a silent reader on this platform, I was initially discouraged from applying because of Hubby’s statement of account previous transactions but while reading through the threads, I realized a detailed cover letter to explain some of those transactions would help. Thank you all for your efforts and guidelines. It really helped with the application.
