That one is worst sef.
On the 23rd of May 1947, there was an eclipse of the sun, Oshoffa was lost in the forest (The Forest of Transformation). When the eclipse cleared, he saw a Snake, a Monkey and a Bird. Suddenly, he heard a voice voice saying Luli', which he understood to mean 'The Grace of Jesus Christ'. The monkey was white, it had two teeth. One up, one down. The monkey had wings, and had legs like that of a Bat.

The bird had yellow feet, yellow beak and a long tail.
The snake was very short (1ft long). He started playing with the short snake afterwards, he felt different. In the inner circle of the CCC, it is believed that the source is Oshoffa's power is from the snake.

Goggle it. It's there in the internet.

Oga easy na cheesy. This your historical recount isn't true o. As someone who was born in Celestial Church and spent her formative and early adult years in the church , this was not the story of how the founder was called. As much as you want to paint a bad picture of the church, try to be truthful about your story.

It's not always greener on the other side especially when you travel to obodo oyibo through the window like you did but I must add that you sound lazy too, no offense.

You barely arrived a new country in January and expect to land a CEO job eekwa?

Before you left Naija, you should have had a long term plan in place and this should be your first stage in the plan.

Except you land in US/Canada with permanent resident card, you will most likely pass through the stage you are in now which I term endurance stage.

You are even lucky. Your story is sweet sef compared to the ones I've heard from older Naija men in the States who did three part time odd jobs and still were going to school with all the stress associated with transportation and weather.

These days, as Naija boys arrive yankee, next thing na to buy car and be oppressing people on Instagram. cheesy

All I'm saying is bros, sit your ass down and work your way up to the level you wanna be because the opportunity is always there in Canada for you unlike in Naija where it's not guaranteed.

But if you think otherwise, well air ticket is low now. I just bought British Airways PE return ticket for $2,550 so one way ticket from Canada to Naija fit no reach $500 for regular economy. Safe trip back home sir. cheesy
Your last comment got me laughing cheesy

This is the reason most Nigerians abroad becomes YouTuber , TikToker and skit maker to survive abroad because the reality is done them over there, you can join them or you come back to Nija

This is not true.Different strokes for different folks. Poster immigrated as a student which obviously limits his chances in terms of working full time.Any one who immigrates as a skilled worker wouldn't be complaining this way. Canada is a blessed country filled with opportunities. I'm glad to be a part of it.

This is what happens when you cheat yourself during visa application and claimed that you have the money to see yourself through your studies.
I was going to say this smiley. When they ask for Proof of funds during visa application, most people try to bypass it. Anyone relocating to Canada via any routes need to have their complete POF, no short cuts here in Canada; unless they want to suffer.

Don’t believe everything you read.
Today, I bought this in the same US and have enough for 2 people. As you can see, it has rice included which is how I knew OP wasn’t being honest. It was $8.25 with a $2.99 delivery charge because I was too lazy to leave my office to pick it up myself:

My thoughts too πŸ˜„.Food is relatively cheap in the states compared to Canada πŸ™‚.

I'm a tech bro, I currently do 1.5M Monthly in Nigeria and I just got a job offer last month in the UK for 4K pounds monthly(after tax)

My guys there be complaining about bills and how hard it is to save and all over there

So, If you were me, which would you pick and why?

Modified: will also like to hear from those in the UK; what do you think guys?...Now that you know how it is over there, what would you advice?

@lalasticlala...please help push to front page for more engagements
As someone who lives abroad (not UK) , I'll say Β£4k monthly isn't a lot but not bad if you will live within your means. There are definitely bills to pay such as ( rent, insurance, energy(electricity), phone bills etc.). Like someone mentioned, you might not be able to live a "big boy" life like you will do in Nigeria but the truth is it gets better each day as you unravel opportunities. Living abroad comes with lots of benefits that you might not enjoy in Nigeria (few examples are, less/no fear of insecurity, good roads, constant electricity, clean water, great health care, quality education if you have kids( I know UK has one of the best education systems) and many more).

But why do the elite live so long, what food are they eating?

It's not uncommon to see very old people driving themselves abroad smiley. I see a lot of them.
