In Nigeria you can actually get any medications without prescription but USA you need a prescription. It’s Human growth hormone it helps in improving the odds of ivf by increasing number of eggs retrieved and the quality too especially in women 40 and above and those with diminished ovarian reserve. nnennachiji: If you are 40 and above and taking supplements to help with egg quality also consider taking hormones like HGH for example Omnitrope. It has helped a lot of people with number of eggs retrieved and egg quality too. Usually start about 8 weeks before stimulation and continue during stimulation

I understand sis. Na so many people no fit imagine ivf even if na 300k. Shame dey catch me to talk about my babies self with one friend who runs a small provision shop who was ttc together with me after i did ivf. She once said to me "if i get money now, i for try wetin you do".
What i suggested was implantating in her and a surrogate at the same time and same cycle. She normally will pay ivf fees for her cycle. An additional 200k usually will cover second person rather than a full ivf fee of about another 1m or so. Then a surrogate only gets paid largely if she gets pregnant and carries to term. And that can be less than 1.5m to 2m and only if successful. Moreover one doesnt go through two rounds of treatments and retrieval. My only fear usually is having two successful pregnancies and plenty babies.

While you are right you are still wrong because you are looking at it from one perspective, While the man with the gen has the right to on it all day if he wish. The op also has the right to a good night sleep, that isn't too much to ask is it? I feel both parties should talk to each other in a civilized manner, they are both probably smart adults they can come up with a solution that helps everyone. Maybe the guy with the gen can on it up to 10pm, and maybe the op can be asked to get ear plugs or something for cases 10pm isn't possible, maybe the location of the gen can be revisited to help everyone, also a little sound-reducing building can be made for the gen. Options are plenty both sides just needs to talk and be willing to help each other as best as possible even though not 100%.
Nor be everything you go dey do if the person nor like am make him comot. Understanding and willingness to explore different options to arrest the situation is a trait we all need to own to peacefully coexist. Because both paid rent, you can't give excuse for one's behaviour and not do the same for the other. In cases like this dialogue and compromise are very important.

It does not need regular servicing and repair like a generator. cost less than 40% to run, compared to a generator, you dont have to go out in the night to switch it off or add fuel and it is NOISELESS. Exclusive143: Good evening everyone. Please, I need your help. I have been having "induced prolapse" since 2019. It is getting very worrisome. The prolapse only appears when I take herbs or do certain exercises. Another thing is it comes two or three days to my menstruation. It stays for about three days, during this period I'll be spotting with a lot of mucus. After three days with intense pain. It goes away on its own and my period comes.
Even if I take herbs or do crunches on the very first day of my menstruation. The prolapse will appear during the next menstruation. From what I have read about prolapse I don't think they are supposed to behave this way, appearing and disappearing in their own. I have spoken to three gynecologists about this but none gave me a satisfactory answer.
I stopped doing everything that triggers it, but I've been having issues with ovulation so I took Guava tea twice during my last menstruation. By day 13, I had ovulated without taking any drug or shot. But when it was almost time for the next menstruation, the prolapse appeared again. Two days of spotting with a lot of mucus, then it disappeared and menstruation came.
Any advice or recommendations? Thanks.
Have any of ur doctors discussed surgery with you? I heard its the only way at least to arrest the matter. But u can keep doing extensive research to see if u can get any solution to tackling it naturally. So sorry about the pain, all d best.
