Thrush in tongue- whitish spots
Weakness
Nausea
High fever
Flu

But all these symptoms could also be considered for other viral.infections or malaria etc.
Going to the hospital for a test is the only sure way of knowing.

Condoms work and will continue to work. Use latex condoms everytime you engage in sex with an unknown status. Lambskin condoms don't work as properly as latex.
Women can also buy female condoms. God gave the wisdom of condom. Don't blame him if you don't use it. Get tested at least once a year if sexually active.

There is no substitute for science in this. Praying, fasting, giving alms will not prevent spread of HIV and other stds.
