Hmm. I don't know about this. Why would anyone deliberately implicate themselves in a crime. Money Laundry is a crime and her statements if founded will send her to jail. So, why would she do it?
it seemed to be a sting operation, she wouldn't be aware she was been recorded.

US and Uk should do same if they really want to prevent money laundering.
let them keep the money locally and invest; instead of mopping up the choicest properties abroad with Nigerian money.

ENGCHIME:
A reply to Wole Soyinka
By Eng-Chime Chinedu Enoch M (Englishman)
Cowardice cowardly becomes cowbane, they rant without facts and issue based statements in order to be justified whether good or bad. This set of people brings hate to a nation when they discover they are not good for anything. They see no good in humanity to instigate intrigue in perturbation to form mantra. They may be educated but to dismay others who may be enlightened about the reality not interest. Many of them have succeeded in calling names first just to vindicate their betrayal and dubious traditional attitude, hiding under a cover of reporting, attacking, and complaining first to set aside the truth. Under my watch was a man well respected, belittled himself for a self appraisal from a man he said was not an alternative for giant of Africa. Democracy has been defined to be monumental contribution to stomach gain by a noble laureate called Wole Soyinka. “This so called professor” you are now seen as a shadow instead of an image because of your questionable utterances as “Cowardice”. I emphatically state to you “Cowardice” that you are as ugly as Chimpanzee and Millipede when you don’t see any beauty in others because you want to be a saint. -Eng-Chime

PoliticsRe: What Are SWIFT CODE? by Buonsenso: 2:26am On May 07, 2015
swift codes are used when transferring money internationally,
yes, two cities will have two different swift codes BUT an account holder has only one account number and if he is requested to provide swift code, should use the one for the branch he ORIGINALLY opened the account.

still verify from your bank to be sure.

Natural works all the time; this women and men bleaching have been conditioned by the western media to hate their own skin. they need psychological help. why spend so much money buying toners, bleaching creams etc when you should be proud of yourself. i ppity the man who marries a bleaching lady, when the smell starts oozing.

this man just is easy going. he seems relieved to me, that the pressures of Nigeria are been lifted off him. i just hope, his better half is taking things easy as well. if each time, we lose elections in Nigeria people are this laid back and accept the will of the people, Nigeria will have begun its democratic journey.
PoliticsRe: Buhari Set Implement Dress Code For Journalists Covering Villa- NigerianTimes.ng by Buonsenso:
Either another lie to bring in traffic or the works of an overzealous Buhari media team.
i saw an interview he did with Mo Abudu and she was wearing a short skirt; he still did the interview. I want credible sources and not someone hiding under anonymity to create problems.

The issues of Nigeria are much and Buhari himself will have limited contact with media people; briefings are mostly done by ministers after FEC session and not the President. on days the president speaks directly to the media such as the monthly media chat, its usually done with respectable men and women of the media houses.

but of course, common sense is not common, people want to believe what they want because it fits into their prejudice; just like some will believe Wole Soyinka, who was imprisoned for trying to stop the Biafra war and kept in solitary confinement for over 12 months in a Nigerian jail and who understands the dangers of generalization, will at almost 80 years go to Harvard and abuse the whole of the igbo race, when by his works and writing he has always supported PLURALISM AND THE POWER OF CHOICE.
This is a man that has consistently said, people should be allowed to worship, travel, date and marry whoever they choose.
He has not just said and talked but actually lived by his principles in a world where TALK IS CHEAP.
I have attached pictures for those who dont believe until they see pictures and am working to bring out the video link of the whole Harvard discussion, I only hope bi.gots are humble enough to apologize, when the evidence overwhelms them.

I am neither ibo or yoruba but a Nigerian who tries to be objective.

And if you look at it, this event at Harvard took place on 28th April, thats almost 10 days ago. I would be shocked a man of Wole Soyinka stature will make such a sweeping generalization..I pity those bashing each other in the 'fake news' if its proved, he never said that, then that whole thread should be deleted.

If this is the real text, and I believe it to be. who then is interested in setting tribes against each other in Nigeria..at this junction, we all have to be careful and scrutinize statements that do not have credible sources; bloggers all in the name of traffic might just push us into war.

I checked all the major papers online and didn't see the earlier incendiary statement except on blogs like linda ikeji, nob 360, pulse...

PoliticsRe: Lessons I Learned From Manny Pacquiao And Floyd Mayweather's Fight. by Buonsenso: 2:03pm On May 04, 2015
1.Floyd did not turn him down, he asked Manny to subject himself to stringent blood testing, Pacquaio refused. if this fight has happened five years ago, the outcome will still be the same. lots of folks dont know boxing, its still the science and art of hit and dont be hit. its what Ali did in rope a d.ope. people who want to see other people bashing their faces and brain should go start a bar fight. Mayweather Jr, is the preeminent defensive fighter of his generation, the only person that come close is Winky Wright in the defensive art. Manny is fast but Jr, controlled the fight, he neutralized Manny strength, that tells you all you need to know.

2.of course God is not partial, some of the most brilliant minds have been Jews, muslims, atheist etc...its just Nigeria pastors that have made religion into what it is.,. races of the world all have smart, dumb etc

3. Critics have their purpose but you have to know people motive before you take them serious.
happy you have learned this lessons.
PoliticsRe: What Are The Achievements Of Akinwumi Adeshina As Minister Of Agriculture? by Buonsenso: 2:36pm On May 03, 2015
The dangers of GMO as well, Monsanto and all the other big corporations are raking in billions. People need to get abreast of the evils of GMO.
It was under his watch this wide spread use of GMO seeds was embraced.

The Minister might be a brilliant administrator but he was too close to the corporations for my liking.

W. Soyinka and a host of others u mentioned have congratulated him.
Moreover, its not important everyone publicy send messages.
Majority of Nigerians have spoken.

OP, like I said earlier, your topic is dead on arrival. Why the mods pushed this to FP, I have no idea.

Former Presdient Shehu Shagari yesterday sent a congratulatory message to the President elect, gen Muhammadu Buhari over his victory at last saturday presidential elections......the elder statesman said,; let me join my compatriots, former Nigerian leaders, millions of Nigeria at home and the diaspora, world leaders......in congratulating the President elect. Your victory at the polls....'
http://dailypost.ng/2015/04/04/shehu-shagari-applauds-buharis-victory/

Its on record Soyinka on days after the elections endorsed his victory and advised that Buhari should not forgive those who looted.
PDP officially through Pres. Jonathan conceded, why should individual governors also release statements; its not important.
Mike Adenuga has my respect rather than behaving like Aliko, one min with Jonathan, the next with Buhari. also we dont want another cabal to build up, let him face his business.
Northern PDP governors most of them were moles, especially Muazu Babangida, the failed governor of Niger, so they are happy internally.
The Obas are still enjoying the windfall from the last elections.
I cant be bothered about the others to link you..Google is your friend.

of interest to me, these people are always along the corridors of power; will anything change after the new government is in power? or will history repeat itself?

1. Onyeka Onwenu
2. Jerry Gana
3. Bola Shagaya
4. Aliko Dangote

I heard Buhari is a clean ascetic with no time for jobbers
PoliticsRe: 10 Influential Party Chieftains Who Can Help Rally PDP Into A Viable Opposition by Buonsenso: 5:54pm On Apr 27, 2015
For PDP to get back into national reckoning.
they need two things; Patience (Not Faka) and they need Courage.

Patience to wait for APC to slip up(I don't see it happening under buhari tenure, the man will deliver)
and secondly courage, such that the Party will keep hitting APC when they mess up.
but this names you have are mostly pocket politicans; they will soon defect or get inactive.

they also need to change their chairman; dude was an undercover boss wink

who is Jide ?
Nnamami has lost influence.
Akpabio, et al are going to senate to chop money; no time for opposition politics
Jonathans= Shagari

Maybe Ayo Fayose( hate him or like him, the man is efficient) to lead them; PDP right now does not have 1 other popular person.
The more I think about it, the more it looks like PDP is dead; but politics is strange, maybe APC will self implode
