Hello. I had ulcer that I treated but ever since I've been having trouble breathing and I only get relieved when I belch or yawn. I have indigestion sometimes when I eat heavy meals. I've run all possible tests and they all say I'm fine. I raise up my pillow at night it helps with acid reflux but I still have shortness of breath. What could I do to cure the shortness of breath?

I totally agree with Moganaviani about misuse/abuse of drugs.. Now, about the ulcer, I have been managing mine for about 10yrs and I'm doing fine as I can comfortably eat cooked beans as well as other foods made with beans, unlike before.. I can remember 3yrs ago, when I was prescribed some drugs for my ulcer, I did buy those drugs but on second thought I ditched them(partly cos I hate the act of popping pills & having to swallow 'em lol).. I took to drinking water like my life depended on it(in a way, it actually did lol cos ulcer pain is craaazy), I still do that first thing when I wake up & last thing before I go to bed, sometimes when I wake up to pee, I go for a swig too.. I eat fruits & vegetables a whole lot, bananas, watermelon & cucumbers have a cooling effect on your stomach, stay away from fruits containing citric acid, if you must have oranges, pineapples & the sorts, they should be very ripe & sweet.. I love love hot spicy meals like I do not joke with my fresh peppers & then the black cameroon pepper but I had to make a lil sacrifice for the ulcer lol.. I love beans but couldn't have it as eating it or akara or moi moi caused me so much discomfort talk about the flatulence & then diarrhea, taking so many trips to the loo just to let out watery & foamy stools.. I couldn't even eat Eba, my only alternative was Agidi.. I have alot to say but I'll stop here, tbh I do not wish even for my enemy to have ulcer..

Back to the matter, please go and get your blood pressure checked first.. I too have anxiety issues, I'm equally hypertensive so mad headaches/ migraines and I know it's pretty hard for me to keep up with the routine drugs so I try to calm myself most times, sit and let myself get lost just staring at nature even if it's just for a few minutes, then go in for a shower and lay in bed overthinking again yh(I can't really help it) til I fall asleep.. As my mum always say "take things easy, my dear".. Wahala no dey finish true true but do try to take things easy.. I'll also suggest you try another hospital.. May God fulfill our heart desires according to His will, Amen.

Thank you. My blood pressure is 120/70. My breathing got worse and the headaches are killing my eyes. I've done every treatment and now I'm tired. Maybe it's my time to go. I'm just living life now like tomorrow is my last. There are some sights I want to see overseas I wish I could see them but maybe in my next life, I'll just happen to live a stone throw away from them.

I'm tired. I've seen all the doctors in Nigeria and my headaches and shortness of breath have gotten worse but I've come to terms with it. I've done my own share of world suffering. Hopefully, when I die soon, I'll reincarnate in a better country.

Sorry I didn't come back to share my story!! I'm better now and my Life is back on track! After going From place to place looking for solution i was later referred to Central hospital warri where I met a doctor! Ran all the test and gave drugs to get! Gbam that was what did the magic. I'll try to upload a picture of the drugs maybe it will be of help to some of you but I tell you it did wonders for me. All my symptoms reduced to the minimum and now I can manage my health. The drugs they gave me then were much but that was the major drug and it cost about 10k back then and ever since then I've kept the packet so i won't forget the name! I'm much better now and my Life is back to normal. Thanks to you all and I pray God grant you good health in

If you get Ulcer from h pylori, you automatically have low stomach acid!!.
Drop any drug ur doctor has prescribed for you, they make you worst but you wnt know..

What to do?
1) Lemon or lime juice/water every morning and night if possible

2) eat a finger size of Ginger every time you want to eat a particular meal flush it with water and give sometimes before eating

Or

3) using Apple cider vinegar, use a spoon of it with one cup of water, mix it and drink.

The above is just to increase stomach acid. You have reduced it with ur stress or anxiety, what u av been eating (sugar) and too much eating of beans Everytime(beans needs more acid to digest so u av wasted more)..

Now to the killing of h pylori,
1) Cabbage juice is number one, do it for 9days morning and night ( remember to remove the chaff if ur not using a mixer)

2) probiotics that has Lactobacillus Reuteri strain in it, (yeah they remove h pylori by guming with them)

3) Monolaurin. ( gotten from coconut )
...
4) Olive oil (infact this should be ur new oil if it's possible) one teaspoon in the morning n night

5) Ginger n ur garlic ( juice them and drink if possible)
