Are you trying to say that, that part that is the you(soul) fights to stay alive?

I taught religionists believes that souls never die, so what is it fighting for when it is eternal already

That one is easy. If you have ever struggled with mental illness for an extended period of time, you would have, at some point, come to the realization that no matter how damaged your mind is by all the highs and lows of the devastation, there is an aspect of your person that is not directly impacted. Mental illness can and does harm your body and your mind, but it cannot for some reason directly harm your soul...that part is you and could still keep the fight alive no matter the psychosis or delusion weighing you down. That is what I refer to as the soul.

Used to work at a place,a foreign coy,at Ikeja Lagos and had a space I used to pass the nights sometimes.

On this particular night,at about past midnight or so,in my sleep,I started hearing sounds...sounds of crowd,mumbling like voices, movements..then I opened my eyes and it stopped! I became a bit scared thinking that,could it be bad boys have scaled the fence to attack (we have expatriates living in the premises)
I gently looked up and through the window,nobody, nothing. Whole place was dark, calm and quiet.

Then I slept back again. I hadn't slept for a minute before i started hearing "them" again!

Then it was like,"they" noticed someone not amongst or with them was perceiving their presence,and hearing "them" and instantly I started having this "pressing" that makes one somehow unable to move or shout!

By the time I got out and observed again and even tried to sleep,"they" were gone!!!!

The miracles served a purpose.

For Jesus, it was to prove that he was the Messiah
For the first century Christians, it was to help us others to know and see that Judaism (religion of the Jews under the Mosaic law) is no longer the way but Christianity. So miracles then were like a backup from God to support the new religion which was relatively new and growing and as i said earlier, it was not just miracles but other gifts like prophecies, the miraculous speaking of tongues (other people languages) especially with the commission that they were to preach to the ends of the earth but as I showed you, it was a sign for unbelievers and as Paul said under inspiration, these powerful works will cease once the Christian congregation has been truly established. We now have the Word of God to establish our faith.
Regarding his disciples during the time of the end, Jesus foretold that they would be known for the love for one another and their preaching activity. That was what Jesus meant when he said that they would do greater than he did. Evidently, they would cover more territories and make more disciples into the truth.

So-called claim to perform miracles but they disown God by their works, they are egoistic and luxury - lovers, they are partisan and divided in their teachings and practices and they support wars and conflict. Will God give these people the powers to perform powerful works? No. They are disappointed and they resort to fake miracles to mislead others that they have backing. You too are also affected cos despite seeing that all these people are fake and no such genuine miracles today. You either dismiss that every miracle in the Bible was fake or, yiu must see one to believe

So stick to what you want to believe.

The East has always been wrongly-aligned in elections.
They really need to pray about this.

As much as PO and some igbos really have the cerebral and humane qualities of good leadership, some thing just seems to be off and this has kept them on the other side of ruling this country.

Igbos need to correct 3 things in their culture:
1. Pride- lack of regard to other tribes.
2. Love of Money- everyone knows this.
3. Traditional rites imposed on Christian igbos. You can't be a Christian and still practise some of the tradional rites and requirements for weddng and funerals. That's idolatry and God hates it passionately.
