If the course is in English then you don't have to do the preparatory program but if it's in Russian language then you have to do the compulsory preparatory program in which case, you will have to pay tuition for that preparatory program and after successfully completion of the program, you will proceed with your BSc and pay the normal tuition fee for your Bachelors program.

The Msc scholarship is straightforward. You don't have to do anything on your part just submit your BSc certificate and they'll evaluate and if you graduated with a good GPA you'll get the scholarship. I think dropcatch is the best cos they control so many registrers. Virtually all the domains I backordered thru another company was taken by dropcatch. Tried them today and they caught one for me.

And pls stay away from hexonet.
