Good morning all.

I have a wiring mixup in the house... I mean in the past year, many hands have made different connections on the property according to their knowledge and now sometimes I smell wire burning if I put on one air conditioning unit for example. I think the whole house's wiring has to be sorted "cleaned up" and properly connected. I also need a diagram as a blueprint to guide any additional connection in the future.

Is this even feasible? I never heard of such b4 but I know I need to do something asap.

Not "sponsor" in the sense of what applies to the UK (COS) and Canadian (Nomination/LMIA) processes. For the South African process, there are a couple of options.

Intra Company Transfer Visa - This one allows multinational businesses to transfer employees from an overseas branch to their South African branch for up to 4 years. The visa can be issued for any period of time up to 4 years, but cannot be extended or renewed.

Critical Skills Visa - This one doesn't matter whether you handle it yourself or if the company does, as far as you have all the requred documentations from them (esp., the offer letter), being "sponsored by the company" is only a matter of whether they pay for the process or you pay for it.

General Work Visa - This one, it is a matter for Matthew 19:24

There was an earlier post on this platform about an academic research visa applicant who applied in Jan 2022 and got denied, I think this month - that’s 1 year waiting period. One can at least stomach the long wait if a positive outcome is certain but that’s unfortunately not the case.

Everyone that has been waiting, hang in there. SA embassy/DHA has been like this for many years. Sometimes, the process improves when they have cleared the backlog but, then another backlog occurs and back to the same problem. We really need the Nigerian government to speak out! Kenya and SA recently signed an agreement allowing Kenyans to visit SA without visa for 90 days. It’s like our Nigerian passport has completely lost its value due to the incompetence of our leaders. It is well.

I applied on June 20th at Abuja

Finally I got my visa today
3months, multiple entries

They can't even put on hand gloves, see them using their bare hands to scatter exhibits

I submitted application at Abuja vfs office since June 20th 2022 and up till now no response yet

1. The first step to take after the purchase of your land is to call a licensed Surveyor to help you produce the survey plan. A survey is a document which shows the total area of the land you have purchased (in square metre), location of the land, name of the land owner etc.
For example, a 450 square metre land is equivalent to 1 plot, a 600 square metre is 1.33 plots etc

2. There is the need to consult an Architect for your Building design/drawing. It is important because a proposed building should have a plan. That is what should precede whatever structure one intends putting on the land.
