dramendra: Those two killed are like opening the first part of onion, they don't matter much, let this cowards kill the real people, IBB, OBJ, GEJ, Buhari, Tinibu and you will see that the rest will sit tight and serve the country, Atiku your Juju no work and and kill atiku too.
When you want to cut down a big tree and all you have is a matchete, you start from the roots and branches.

Not a fan of Boko Haram. However, this is how the Nigerian revolution is going to start. When councillors start getting cut-down in the middle of the streets, confidence grows and it moves on to council chairmen, then on to the legislators, an so on.

Disclaimer: This post is in no way associated with Boko Haram or its affiliates.

Note: Those youths who are quick to rev up ethno-religious sentiments whenever nationalistic issues are raised will not be forgotten. This is your time to shine so enjoy your reign of ignorance since obviously, your days are numbered.

The battle may be long and tiring, but victory will be its reward.

God bless the Federal Republic of the Masses.
PoliticsRe: Third APC Group Emerges by caesaraba(m): 9:51am On Mar 15, 2013
All these talk is nonsense. What we need is a trust fund to finance the purchase of sniper rifles, an adequate supply of mufflers (silencers), and a very huge cache of high calibre amour-piercing ammunition to kick-start the revolution in style.

We'll make occupying a leadership position so scary that even if your only crime was stealing a piece of meat from your mama's pot, you'd abstain!

Think I'm joking? Refer to this post in 2 years time.

akonucheinfo: Hello, you forgot to tell the disadvantages involved. anyone going into fish farming should know that:
1. you will wait for 4,5-6 month before you tell whether you will make profit or not.
2. your fish may not grow well to the standard market price. Thus, you may even loose your capital in such case
3. stock bad fish ? then you are bound to loose woefully. thats if not all your capital.
4. also note that it needs time
5. the business is not easy

Lastly, am into fish farming too. i started with the notion of reapping millions at my first stocking. but i end up making lost. still into it, cos with time i will stand firm, cos each day i learn new and strategise. dont expect profit like people keep saying!!!!!!!!!!!!! please operators, tell the good and bad side of every business b4 you introduce it to people so they wont ignorantly go in to unwisely.thats my say
Very important points. After seeing the lucrative side of any venture, an entrepreneur must then seek out the challenges he/she is likely to face in the course of running such a business and then seek out solutions (this is where creativity steps in).

After all is said and done, it feels real good being able to decide for yourself how much you wanna earn over a period of time (daily, weekly, monthly, etc).

abdulkayus: Islam is a religion of peace. There are bad eggs in every society.
See bros, that sentence no longer makes any sense.

My advice is, use that energy you spend on proclaiming "Islam is a religion of peace" to educate and change the radicalism which is giving your religion such an image. Truthfully, as things stand now, when you say "Islam is a religion of peace" to anyone who's in touch with the current happenings the world over, you might be mistaken for .........

Change begins from within!

RomanceRe: Why Men Like Confident Women. by caesaraba(m): 9:03pm On Mar 08, 2013
tintingz: A highly confident woman can send the husband parking from the house grin
Except what you mean by "highly confident" is a lousy, nagging, and pompous woman, I beg to differ.

Marriage is teamwork. A man with a progressive mind would give anything to have a confident woman as a partner. Someone who can hold it down anytime, anyday. Someone he can depend on. A woman who can objectively look at him and say "dude, you are fv.cking up. Why don't we try it this way?"

It's only men who go into marriage with the idea of 'Me vs. Her' that can have a problem with a confident woman.

It's supposed to be Me + You pursuing our goals together as loving partners. A woman with confidence is good for a man joor. Helps him succeed and stay sharp always. cheesy
RomanceRe: Why Men Like Confident Women. by caesaraba(m): 8:22pm On Mar 08, 2013
kulyie: well you are right but its because of the bad impression and stories all around about the 'exploits' naija men are doing, thats why women are putting up their defenses plus nollywood homevideos too are not helping matters.they always portray nigerian men as one horrible, selfish monster and an egocentric freak
It's true that a lot of 9ja men have lagged behind in this dept.(someone is gonna come and bite my bottom for saying this). Another truth however is, they are fast catching up.

As for nollywood, the day I watched Emeka Enyeocha act as a 'struggling' youth corper who owned a duplex and a fleet of cars, I saw how 'close' they were to reality. (Hope you get my meaning).

It's high-time we jettisoned a lot of these generalizations and actually saw individuals for who they are rather than biting deeper into this Nigerian Men vs. Nigerian Women 'apple' and letting it be ruin discourses such as this one.
RomanceRe: Why Men Like Confident Women. by caesaraba(m): 8:00pm On Mar 08, 2013
kulyie: exactly.this is my kind of man.a man that i can be confident around, make mistakes and i know he will correct me as opposed to a man that expects me to be vibrating and getting hypertensive when he is around.if men like this were all over nigeria, the divorce rate will drop
A lot of such men abound in this very country. (Make no mistake about that). If women buy into the generalization that all Nigerian men are monsters, then they put up unnecessary defenses and set their confrontational hormones on hair-trigger alert. .......and then Newton's 3rd law of motion steps in to ruin everything.
RomanceRe: Why Men Like Confident Women. by caesaraba(m): 7:47pm On Mar 08, 2013
ItsModella: That a woman is confident does not mean a man cannot exert dominance or authority in a relationship. Yes, she has the ability to think independently of outside opinion, but it doesn't mean she can't or won't accept outside opinion. Yes, she has the courage to carry her decisions to completion does not mean she might not seek outside help or advice. Confidence means being decisive alright but it doesn't mean you can't be aided or you refuse to be helped in reaching a goal. There is confidence that comes with humility.
Spot on!
RomanceRe: Why Men Like Confident Women. by caesaraba(m): 7:18pm On Mar 08, 2013
dbride: ....because MAJORITY of the confident women, having that COMPLEX that they must prove a point to men, unconsciously make themselves unapproachable and controlling too!
There is Confidence that comes with ARROGANCE and Confidence that comes with HUMILITY.

Confidence + Arrogance = Time Bomb; Confidence + Humility = Gift of God, Priceless, Jackpot
Exactly! Like certain female monikers on NL. Mistaking rudeness + trash-talking for confidence.

Many people have long believed that if you don't know something, just say anything but say it with as much confidence as possible. It doesn't work every time. Certainly not with brilliant minds like those Channels TV reporters.

I don't appreciate your tone please.

This is business. It says "benchmark price" and not last price. I bought 2 for 350K and 400K respectively. Does that mean I robbed for them? Did I say toks? Please, respect is reciprocal. Thank You.

RomanceRe: Before Calling Your Girlfriend A Slut, Read! by caesaraba(m): 6:50pm On Mar 05, 2013
[b]Ha! This is the biggest insult to womanhood I've ever seen. It's like saying, "guys, chill. You know they are all sluts so why bother?"

Well, since the creation of banks, bankers have always been surrounded by money. Heck! Why should anyone blame a banker who steals money? After all, if it were the customers that were surrounded by such money everyday, they would have stolen all of it.

Saying you are emotionally detached in a relationship and cannot care less if your woman slept with anybody only means that you have devalued her to a common sex-starved animal who has no iota of control over not only her sex drive, but emotions as well. Man is territorial by nature.

You have taken a gigantic swipe on the female gender, their sense of judgement, value system, intellectual capacity and their humanity as a whole. However, you have sugar-coated it with the "gender-equality flavour" so much that many are unable to see this well-crafted insult for what it is.

Well, that's only one way to look at it sha.

To the ladies, you can follow the OP's school of thought and throw away one of the most unique values of womanhood..... and if anyone should raise eye-brows, please refer them to this thread.
