nero2face:Clearly, you think your 'brother' getting to these heights was a stroll in the park for him. Try to achieve a 10th of what he's achieved then, come back to talk about how easy it will be to push harder to break African limits (whatever the fvck that is). It's good to aim for the mountain top but one must appreciate and never disregard how far up one has climbed. This is what separates the likes of messi, ronaldinho (gaucho) and jayjay from people like Cristiano Ronaldo. The former love honours, titles and accolades but prefer to have fun on the pitch probably because, at day's end, it's just a game. The latter just want to win at all cost: they will fight and insult teammates, opponents and officials to achieve their objectives. Okocha is of middle class profile because, according to you, he didn't 'push harder'. That's naive bro. Amuneke, Yekini and Amokachi probably scored more goals for club and country. Amuneke even played for Barcelona but they arent half as respected. It's not the size of the club or the titles but your contribution and respect. Sometimes, you get the honours and titles and sometimes, you don't but your contribution will always bring the respect you deserve. And you won't have to push hard for it. |
nero2face:His choice not yours and besides, what makes you think he doesn't have fame? You can always make your point, if you have one, without insulting people. Jayjay achieved so much. Even without the fame you claim he didn't have. He's proud of it. I'm totally proud of him. The rest of us who aren't so bitter cherish him and his legacy. That FIFA event is strictly by invitation and he's a distinguished member of the international football confraternity. |

I'm wondering who that his 'friend' was. Anyways, what do I know? |
CoolSmithz:True that |
The plethora of bookshops on Ojuelegba road especially close to the Tejuosho market junction is your best bet. I bought some of these books you listed from there recently. All the best |
Tecno W3. Ram issues. |
AceRoyal:Abeg, retweet this until it gets viral abeg. Imagine sucking out $26bn from this comatose economy at a time when institutions lend you N100k at 23% in one month because "money no dey". By December January, it will become 30% and, unless the entrepreneur is dealing in illicit drugs, he will have to close shop sooner than later. |

Kaziar:If you do not know what to say or you're not certain about what you're saying, especially in matters of such precariously delicate nature, try as much as you can to say nothing. |

Okay fine. Some might disagree with you but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. You're pretty much spot on concerning these points. However, people like myself are more concerned about decisions and actions of economic importance. As per, Who are the individuals making economic decisions in behalf of the country? How much is being invested to bolster our economic activities especially in the following areas - The Rule of Law, Education, Health, Water, Agriculture and Food Security, Power, Safety and Security and Law Enforcement, Free and Fair Elections and Fundamental Human Rights and Equality. Also, what steps are being taken to improve the welfare of the masses who can't find jobs or who are incapacitated and cant work? The above, in my humble opinion is what we all should be about. Gej and his cronies messed up big time. Pmb and his crew seem hell bent on beating their predecessors' at the game of messing Nigeria up. And, so far the current team is winning by miles. My question is this: in your opinion, so far, has the economy fared worse under Jonathan or Buhari? |
AlfaWaleFatai:Okay so, I'm wondering if these are facts cos, some other Nigerians, even those of south-eastern extraction, might just happen to opine rather differently: " . . . Nigeria’s current borders were drawn by a racist British colonial master more than a century ago with no reference to the inhabitants. The boundaries are morally, legally, and politically indefensible. The Government of Nigeria does not reflect popular will on that score. It rules under a 1999 Constitution that was decreed by a military dictator for the purpose, among other things, of holding Igbos in bondage to Hausa-Fulani terrorists . . . " I'm just trying to say that documents such as these are never this weak if the author expects any attention from authorities that wield such magnitude of power. |
Is this even tenable? |
emsheddy:Funny. Some folks were on here couple of weeks ago saying fela is over rated and that WizKid is more deserving of the legend status. |
Hmm This same Ghana that Nigeria supplies electricity to ON CREDIT. Anyways, a Yoruba adage says it all: " . . . airole mu . . . ole wa m'oloko . . " |

illuminaty:The takeover was like a weak attempt at bragging about who's got a bigger penis. BET and The Source voted ether as one of the three best diss tracks of all time (incl. Hit em up & 2nd round knockout). Black Republican was yet another brag poem. Who sold more and all. Speaking of which, did you see the David Letterman video of Renegade (JayZ feat Eminem) with P. Diddy clapping in the audience? JayZ should goan sit down and enjoy his money quietly abeg. I mean, it's like Master P or Birdman contesting with Mos Def or Jadakiss cos they've got more cash. Lyrical content quality doesn't necessarily equate commercial success. In their reunion interview, it was agreed that it was always going to boil down to a battle between grit and cash. LL Cool J tried it with Cani and you know how it played out for him. |
illuminaty:Download Nas' Ether |
Epic. That nonsense JayZ won't show up here o. Where's Nas at tho. |
Even if it's counted as a goal, to qualify, Zambia will have to beat Cameroon by a 4-goal margin and Nigeria will have to lose in Algeria right here in Nigeria. Too many difficult variables required in the equation. |

Lat'aaro! They had no business replacing him with Pep in the first place. I mean, I support Barça and love Pep totally but at the time, Bayern was perfect. An american adage says "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!". I hope they've learnt. I wish them all the best |
