Enegod: good observation...that was a traditional belief.....but in a liberal society there is no monoply......translates to we all have equal rights... ![]() |
Enegod: yes..Because there are so many differenthmmmm! so you mean God created men to naturally cheat? I personally do not think so. Do you remember Jesus asking those men accusing that woman of adultery, who among them is free to cast a stone first? They all left one after the other. With this analogy, i seem to agree with sleekch1c, that no gender has the monopoly of cheating. |
A married woman said this- " To be desired drives me over the edge. right into the bed, a back seat, under the stars, where ever i can!". She was simply saying it was fun cheating, and that she enjoyed pleasures she never knew existed. And another, "This is almost as fun as the act itself. Most women, myself included, have a irrepressable need to have things that do not belong to us. after we get it a couple of times we are ready to move to something new. This is a topic that i wish to return to time and again to see just how many women are honest." |
I'm sure you know this by now, but did you know that women cheat as much as men do? It's been proven in study after study. When I revealed this to a buddy of mine (who's kind of a wuss), he said to me: "Yeah, but only after the guy cheats on her first..." Yowch. I'm sure there are a lot of guys that think this is the case. But it's not... Men and women cheat just as much - it's just that women are so much better at keeping it to themselves than guys are. They don't feel like they have to brag to their buddies like guys inevitably do. Or make a big mistake with their cell phone. But one thing is consistent across the board... Women cheat on men with a very SPECIFIC kind of guy. He's usually a "bad boy." Is this true? Sincere opinions ....male and female responses. |
Gbawe: @Topic.I sincerely wish that we have more of this collabos across the country.....and that it also transcends to members of the public not in civil service. |
taharqa2: @topic, this is a VERY VERY Good development. I am particularly happy that a large chunck of such a HUGE and modern (thankfully) Housing estate would go to Police Officers and their family, but also impressed that the Estate was a colla bw a Private concern and a Govt institution that seemed to have worked pretty well....... Can anyone provide Info on how d Mortgage System work in Nigeria these dayinfo please on the bolded....especially from the specialists and well informed. |
Goddex: I remember exactly when GEJ flagged off commencement of constructionAre you sure you are telling the truth? |
ok i see. it's confirmed. would have loved to see the photos after completion. in any case whether by GEJ or Joint partnership i would love this kind of project replicated in all the major cities. Even though it wouldn't be enough it would help in reducing the cost of housing. especially in a place like Port harcourt where the cost of housing is highly exorbitant compared to the income of the people. |
I'm currently in Port Harcourt. Can someone in Lagos confirm if this is true. If true, i would recommend that such a project be extended to all major cities in the country. |
Information available to me from GRAPEVINE is that the first phase of Goodluck Estate comprising 228 3-bedroom units has been completed and ready for commissioning. The housing estate which is exclusively residential, is nestled in a very secure and highly accessible part of Idimu in Alimosho area of Lagos metropolis. The estate which was initiated in 2008 but actual construction work commenced in 2011, has unparalleled access to key city locations such as Ikeja, Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos State University, LASU, Ejigbo, Isolo and Iba. The sprawling estate is sited on 11.5 hectares of land. APC: Is this true? Somebody should please tell us. |
kodewrita: Who told you to go and get MSc from abroad? Did you apply officially and get rejected OR did you (in spite of the fact that you are supposedly an educated graduate) rely on rumour for information?well said. |
EVANS BIPI: most of you just come online and write/comment on issues u know nothing about. well i am privileged to be an indigene of Rumuobiokani one of the host communities to Shell Industrial Area. I am a graduate of Petroleum Engineering with a 2.1. After my NYSC, I was told to go abroad to get an MSc if I want to work with Shell. where wud i get such money? but the funniest part of these drama is that Shell employs from places like Delta, Akwa Ibom etc without a BSc. I can tell u categorically that we don't have any Shell Staff from my community. Shell has enjoyed smooth relationship with our community for the past 100 years of their existence in our land but never feels we are employable. We have the highest number of unemployed youths in Rivers State because other companies think we have shell in our domain. A colleague of mine back then in the University from Delta who was warfed because of his poor performance is a staff of Shell as i write this piece. so it is not about academic prowess but a political agenda been carried out against youths of Shell I.A host communities. Rebisi is playing host to Total Finaelf, they have a working MOU to employ, train and develop youths of Rebisi and other host communities they operate from but Shell believes in the divide and rule policy. Shell is a curse on my people not a blessing. so if they leave, other IOCs will come in with a better corporate Social Responsibilty package for Youths of Shell I.A communities. You lied about the fact that there's no indigene of Rumuobiakani as a Shell staff. (M...... Ejims),just to mention only one, is a friend of mine from rumuobiakani and currently employed as a Shell Staff. He has always been in Shell to the best of my knowledge. After OND with RIVPOLY he did Industrial Training with Shell. During BSc with RSUST he has always done vacation jobs with Shell. After NYSC he has been working with Shell. And today as i write he is still a bonafide staff of Shell. If you read Petroleum Engineering and with a 2.1 you should not have a problem. Even friends of mine that graduated with a Third Class in Petroleum Engineering are gainfully employed in Agip, Sahara, Geoservices, Total and a host of other companies. I do not know what your inclinations are on as it applies to your field of study, but, i will advice you go study and learn MBAL, Eclipse and a little of other petroleum-related softwares and i bet you you would land a job sooner than you know in areas of reservoir characterization, development and forecasts. You would be needed as a reservoir engineer. There are a lot of companies looking for this particular skill, and if you do as a petroleum engineering student, with perseverance and determination you would get a job soon. Just top up your knowledge and empower yourself with specific skills and trainings and you would be good to go. The Oil and gas industry is highly competitive the world over. |
When †he enemies sit in their assembly 2day for the impeachment of your blessings, the lord will appear like Chidi lloyd with a mase and knack dem apako!=)) Morning and have a lovely day. |
These guys are bent on reliving the acts in their aye days....i guess you know what i mean....confusion and anarchy may ensue in Rivers State if things are not properly checked. I heard from GrapeVine that they would make the state unbearable for each other. I kind of imagine them wasting each other one after the other. These guys are very brutal....I know....lips sealed. |
The fighting between factions of the Rivers state House of Assembly has taken a new dimension, as heavy gun battle is currently going on right now in and around the Rivers state house of Assembly complex. People passing through Moscow road and Port Harcourt Town should look for alternative route because these places are flashpoint zones, and if you live near or around these lawmakers you have to be very careful and vigilant. |
I just heard from Grapevine that Governor of Rivers State,Rotimi Amaechi, has just approved the sum of 100,000.00USD,the total money expected to get Music Producer, OJB, the required medical treatment. If true, kudos to the Governor. |
