You are free to write about it whenever you want, whether the day after you watch it or the moment you finished it. What I oppose is disclosing details about a film that you are aware that most people have not seen. You can conclude your criticism by pointing out aspects of the movie that you enjoyed and disliked without giving anything away.

There is a mature way to do things. Even if you wish to drop a review that incorporates spoilers, you can do so by phrasing "spoilers ahead" at the top of your post, alerting readers who haven't watched the movie to skip it or continue reading if they welcome spoilers. In addition, what level of exhilaration would compel a sane person to reveal spoilers one after the other after watching a movie.
